Sony's marketing of the vita is a head scratcher for me. Why charge people huge amounts of money for memory cards? Why not provide a decent one in the box and allow third party memory cards. Piracy to me is a non issue because people are going to get around to hacking it anyway.
MS is publishing this. I highly doubt it ever comes out for anything besides Xbox one unless they make a stripped down version for 360.
Dead Rising 3 did about 1.2 million units in a couple of months. It sold pretty well. I believe it was a timed exclusive from the jump.
" Zero originality" which is why devs have copied his games for years.
Borderlands is overrated rubbish. Wolfenstein crushes it.
They just completed production and the movie is still two years away. They must be using a crap ton of CGI on this.
Pure PR talk. The Witcher 3's visuals are on par with this and it's open world and it's pushing parity between the two boxes. Of course the XB1 could run the game. This is pure rubbish. Would it look as good as the PS4 version? Probably not because it's not as strong as the PS4 version. But would it look significantly worse than what they're showing off right now? Of course not. This is a linear game pushing high gfx. Of course it could be done on that hardware. I get doin...
It's always funny to me when people have such blind alligence to a company to where they can't fault it. The best argument here is " well dude that hack only exposed customers information that could be found on the internet brah, so what if that info was compromised!!!!." When you see arguments like this, it just makes you shake your head. Companies get hacked, but this hack compromised millions upon millions of peoples data. This wasn't some small hack, this was a major...
If I give you my personal bank info and you make a pledge to keep that info safe and then my info gets jeopardized, then yes that's a big deal. The trouble people have to go through to protect their accounts after something like this is a pain in the ass.
I read this wrong. You can't sue the mall for you being careless with your wallet or a thief happened to be inside of a mall.On the technology end though, a company as big as Sony or even Google or IBM for that matter should not be getting hacked at that level or if they do get hacked they should be able to defuse the situation quickly. Then the cherry on top was them not announcing the hack for a couple weeks when peoples card info was vulnerable.
Name, address, CREDIT CARD INFO. That's enough to mess over a ton of people.
If Cliffy B is the Michael Bay of gaming then why does every game rip off his and epics cover system then? Why if he's such a mediocre developer like everyone says, then why does every dev team steal his techniques and gameplay mechanics? He's terrible right? So why use his techniques.
I don't think Phil cares about people on here complaining. Dude probably makes a half million dollars a year, is the head of a company, and plays and tests video games for a living. Dude has the life.
I don't understand your point. Retailers order as many units as they think they can ship. How would this indicate a low or high demand either way? If one console sells more than another console how does that mean that one console doesn't have a demand? Your logic is flawed at best.
Idk what you're talking about. Look at every big tech companies earning calls and they'll show you shipped figures.
If the gaming community thinks his games are a waste of time then why have they made gears a billion dollar franchise, unreal tournament a multi million dollar property, and jazz the jackrabit a hit? I mean isn't that counter productive?
What's controversial about it? It's a gigantic waste of time and resources. E3 is just a stupid thing. No one wants to wait in lines anymore for hours just to play video games. The presentations are getting more and more boring and the pay off dies off after the first day. They need to prerecord the presentations like nintendo and release the demos on XBL and PS+.
E3 is a waste of time. They'd be better off just doing what Nintendo does and record the presentation with all of the trailers and gameplay vids in them and just release the demos to everyone on PS+ and XBL Gold. Simple. Saves a crap ton on the stupid presentation.
You have shit taste in games then my man.
Over charging people for memory cards leads to people looking at your device as an overpriced piece of hardware. Sony doesn't help their cause whatsoever.
