I agree but something happened behind the scenes here theres no way Ubisoft just changed there mind 3 weeks before launch and decided to go multi-platform. Plus theres no way they can bash out a ps3 and 360 version in 6 months. Them games have been in development a while which makes me think there was some sort of deal with Nintendo that fell through at the last minute so Ubisoft gave them the 2 fingers. Nintendo stand back and let Ubisoft take the flak who cannot talk about deals as they are...
CO was never gonna sell the kind of numbers on a Nintendo console as 360 and PS3 as the demographic is differnt.
PS3 suffered from lack of consoles thanks to diode shortage yet sold a LOT more and they were terrible games like Genji and the likes..
People are saying its okay as the 3DS was a flop but the difference is the 3DS competition was a LOT weaker (only the failing Vita to contend with). See the problem Nintendo have got it they can release Mario Kart and smash brothers but if they don't get them out before PS4 and 720 will gamers choose WiiU over the next-gen consoles? I don't think so.. Not unless the launch lineup is truly terrible or the consoles truly suck.
That there is No MS console as there combining with MS to make the next PS with MS. Yeah that's not gonna get announced.. Or is it??
DDR5 vs DDR3 for GPU memory is a MASSIVE advantage. People say oh I only use DDR3 on my PC but there graphics card most likely uses DDR5. The bandwith in DDR3 will be a massive bottleneck for devs in the next generation and will lead once again to games being downgraded for both consoles to look on par.. However the exclusives on PS3 will be off the chart thanks to having this bottleneck removed.
@j-blaze.. Just wow.. Since PS1 ND hasn't made one bad game they are legendary in their own rights.. There lineup of games is legendary. There not many more skillful if more skillful. The things they did with PS3 nobody did better. They may have matched but didnt do better..

very true. Consoles have the edge in that respect its why they will get by on a 1.6ghz CPU.
Nvidia always release one mega overpriced and overpowered card every couple of years just to flex there muscles and say that they can. The thing is the year after they release a card for half the price that can beat it. I remember the dual card they released years ago it looked stupidly powerful as it took two pci-e slots but most of todays mid range cards blow it away.
It was though for a new a console in this modern age where gaming is now a form of media to rival any other form of media. Nearly every household has a console. As for this all about money, yeah money was initially behind it but the gamers are the ones who win so who cares other than the WiiU fanboys crying out as this was there only decent game until the second half of 2013?

Bayonetta 2 is a differnt kettle of fish as Nintendo pumped money into development and probably have like a year or 2 exclusive deal clause on that title in return. So I doubt we will see that one.
It is but the problem is they release now on WiiU and later on other consoles nobody will buy a 7 month old game unless its AAA we seen it in the past. Its a sad fact.. And with a great game like this they should hold it back which is a shame really for WiiU gamers but at least all gamers get to play now :). Thats right GAMERS.
Great for gamers bad for WiiU as this is WiiUs best game for the first half of 2013 easily. I played the demo on a WiiU and it blew me away for a 2D platformer it was amazing and it almost made me walk over to the counter and buy a WiiU but obviously releasing on a new console marred with under sales has forced Ubisofts hand on this game. Seems most developers have to release titles yearly like this to stay on top thanks to rising costs.
Still cannot See AC4 out this year though. We will see 2 or 3 spin offs first like with AC3 Ubisoft love to milk there games.

Indeed and demand will probably never die people are happy paying for exactly the same game each year with new maps and new weapon skins.
Figured this game would get ripped to shreds.. Why do reviewers bother reviewing these games?? They obviously hate them..
But arent consoles already upgradeable? With new hard drives and accesories to improve the gaming experience? Isnt that what an upgrade essentially is? Especially if you slap an SSD in a PS3. I seriously hope nex gen consoles come with full SSD support from day 1.
