They just had so much to announce and its great! Move, Kinect, Wii hmmmm Move looks promising for sure but I hate the fact that you have to spend money on these peripherals like Wiimote and nunchuck combo etc... with Kinect, buy one and your done, no controllers besides you which is great. Although, Move is supporting some hardcore games so that makes me like Move so much more over Kinect right there.
I think you would be the exception rather than the rule...
Ya see MS didn't really have anything other than what we already knew existed or was going to eventually exist, so no surprise that its keynote came off kind of disappointing, yet Sony has a chance tomorrow to bring out those BIG guns we have been fervently waiting to experience... they should bring the house down tomorrow, and if not... EEK!
A 360 slim, 250GB HDD, built-in Wifi, not bad... now I'm wondering... can I transfer the data on my HDD over to the new one? If I can than its all good, 250GB is plenty enough room for anything, I mean if its more than you'll ever need this generation whats the sense in making it swappable? This is a sound move by MS, although I wish they had of slashed the price a bit down to $250 or something but for someone who doesnt have a 360 yet, you can't go wrong with this Slim 360.
I agree with that sentiment for the most part. Most definitely Shenmue 3! I cannot wait to get a hold of Lan Di. Finish the story at least, give me a book, movie, some piece of media that would give me closure on this predicament that has been gnawing away at me over the past 6 years!
They have given us plenty of Sonic just not GOOD SONIC, I imagine the diamond in the rough will surface soon over the next 12 games, so in a couple years lol
Awesome! I loved the demo but damn! RDR and Split/Second releasing on the same day! C'mon now! Its gonna be one helluva expensive day...
No Pre-order, just go in and get it, works every time.
May I say sir, if you dont buy this game based on a 7min low-quality video you are making a big mistake. Buy first, ask questions later...
Damn, I want my horse to be able to ride off a cliff, it would be so awesome just to see the animations involved.
I have both systems and this piqued my interest a little bit but it really doesn't seem like that big of a deal, a new outfit and access to a hideout which sounds interesting for sure but I'm probably gonna get the 360 version largely because of the controller, triggers in a western? I'm in. Now if they added in some SIXAXIS controls for the PS3 version, that could be very interesting.
I went with neither, I want the game to be challenging from the get go, I don't welcome any advantages from the on-set. This is all marketing BS. I'll just pick it up right away at my local Walmart, no muss, no fuss, get in, get out, and go!
Sound can save your life in that game.
I wonder if Zorro will make an appearance?
That makes me wonder, I liked creating collisions of cars and seeing them pile-up everywhere, so what will it be or how will it play out? Should be really funny and a little disturbing as everyone collides their horses into one another. Horses flying everywhere!
I can see FOX news going crazy over Red Dead Redemption next week. saying Red Dead Redemption is a Horse-Killing Simulator. They make the claim people play GTA and kill people, then those said people go out and kill ...
Yeah Panau is definitely vast and variant. However, you also have cars to get you around etc, but Red Dead Redemption, just good ol' horse and buggy and of course fast travel options but just roaming the plains on horseback, I bet traveling from one end of the map to the other will take 30 min real time! lol
It makes me wonder if they'll be a model A around anywhere, a suped up Model A with ummm.. a little nitrous!!!
I could not agree more Mastiffchild. Perhaps it is the younger gamers that have made review scoring such a big deal while older gamers, I'm 27, possess a keener insight in these matters.
I just read a great article in the pages of the newly-resurrected EGM mag. I do not understand how everyone acts like a number constitutes the bottom-line of every game's look, feel, and play style. As if a game scored an 8 instead of a 9 that that factor alone would determine whether you rent or buy it. Absolutely ridiculous! After all these scores are given out by people, gamers just like you and I that are opinionated to what they personally like and dislike in their games.
...
Don't forget Seaman.
Funny though, is that all the trailers that have been released are from the 360 version. I have no doubt the PS3 version will be just as good but the 360 version is confirmed to be looking good as referenced in the trailers. I am sure they will be identical though but who knows. Its going to be a huge game world, perfect for Blu-ray. We shall see soon.
no way, now I have reason to keep my PS3 though.
