Delays don't mean a thing with regards to a good game.
Recore is being hammered but mainly on the console version.
Gameplay is good. And so are the rpg elements.

The issue is and has always been this ridiculous desire to have your console of choice be the most powerful... Believe me the industry heard loud and clear that performance and resolution was most important when this gen started.
