It will depend on how well it is optimized. But I hope so too.
We don't know for sure about Scorpio.... We'll see once these release what the devs are allowed to do.
Hope more devs keep this up. I don't like mid gen consoles becoming a thing.
I just wonder if it'll stay at 30 for the standard or if it will dip to Low 20s because of lack of optimization for that version.
Like with dlc and micro transactions... It seems some gamers will never learn until it's too late.
Buying either pro or Scorpio... Unless there's exclusivity... It's like saying to Sony and Microsoft that they can release as many iterations of a console as they want. And slowly but surely begin to force people to upgrade everytime in order to experience a game as it should be.... Right now they're shutting down all the concerns by saying.... No one is getti...
Look at this... Now everyone is saying that pc is not for everyone and console owners don't want pc... But when it was in regards to the Xbox.... Yup everyone wants a pc instead.
The upgrade is unnecessary unless there are either exclusives and/or games on the standard Ps4 begin to perform much much worse.

We don't know what card they have in the Scorpio... We know some of the work in progress specs.
Based on sales it's more like 5%-10%
BTW basing this on sales for exclusives. Which is what the hardcore fans tend to go for.

I actually prefer this over sales if only because that boosts fanboy warfare.... Actual usage of a console is more important and relevant to me as a gamer since I don't have any stock in Microsoft.
You act as if every gamers owns a Ps4... The percentage doesn't matter if we don't know the numbers..... That 5% could be huge for all you know.
It has been confirmed that the Scorpio will have the same games as Xbox one. So... Not sure what Ps4pro not being next gen has anything to do with anything. Neither console is next gen. They're staying withing their respective cycles.
After the Xbox Scorpio there'll be another console ready to ship out for whenever and if, as Yoshida said, ,there is a next Playstation

Its in fact the visuals that should concern people. I already thought it looked really nice when it was shown last e3. I worry that devs will focus on the pro now more and the standard model will get swept under the rug...Same concern as with the scorpio mind you.
Gamers should be worried with this mid gen stuff going on. Especially console gamers.
Never think much of visuals...especially when shown my devs who arent first party...just saying.
