Do you even bother looking? It shows more then those games. Like Ive said...the tag line is purely promotional.
Its their way of saying all their upcoming games are great and go buy them. Also a neat way of swapping out already released games and continuing that lineup with showing the box arts for upcoming games.

That's all it was, a strategy to promote the upcoming games. Its been a really good tag line since it continues to be debated up until now. Which means it is still in casual gamers minds.
No different then "Greatness Awaits" its all debatable and really subjective to each individual gamer.
To someone it mightve been the greatest lineup.
Edit: Yes this kind of advertising is needed and it's usually aimed to casuals not the hardcore.
