Although I agree that graphically 360 may not be able to compete soon (KZ2 is proof of that), this story should not have been approved. It is a blog, blogs should not be approved.

I'm kinda worried for this game now, if they are wasting space for 7.1 audio, the graphics of the game are going to suffer. It would be ok if the game was on a Blu-Ray disc (or multi-DVDs), but if the game is on one DVD9 it will not look that good.
I never trust newspaper reviews, Gears of War 2 wasn't even that much better than GeOW1, but KZ2 looks amazing and better than both of them(and I've played all three and still have GeOW2).

@neoraf - This article is about the most innovative most of the games you mentioned are old and were ported to Live, the rest are just crap games. The only ones worth mentioning are Castle Crashers and Braid, which are innovative and good, also Geometry Wars (but that's also old)
PSN on the other hand has Flower, flOw, PixelJunk Eden/Monsters/Racers, Linger In Shadows, R&C: Quest For Booty, SuperStardust HD, Everyday Shooter, The Last Guy, Calling All Cars, Super Rub a Dub ...
HighDefinition is pretty much correct.
To be expected really, God Of War 2 didn't have any load screens, so I would expect 3 to have no load screens either.
Really makes the gameplay more immersive.

On topic - Graphics look good, environments looked fantastic, character models looked the same as the old trailer. Also for some reason I remember David Jaffe saying something like he saw this trailer (as in the long version), but when he talked about being gobsmacked he said he saw another trailer.
Dunno if he actually said that or if I'm dreaming it though :(
F***ing Square Enix is pissing me off. Release FF13 in Japan ASAP, it should be their No. 1 priority, I want to play the game!!

@NaiNaiNai - You obviously don't own a PSP, because then you would know that they don't just brick randomly. They only brick if you are trying to hack them.
I have 2 PSPs and know several people with PSPs and none of them have had the PSP "brick" on them for no reason ever.
@Darkseider - I agree, if they actually made something for PSP worth playing, maybe they would make money, but they don't
The only games that can redeem Square Enix, and will increase their profits are the FFXIII games. The PSP Agito XIII will sell like crazy (look at what FF7 did on PSP), FF13 should also give a similar boost this year, cos it is being released in Japan on PS3.
Maybe Star Ocean 4 will help, but it doesn't make much sense being 360 exclusive, but seems like Tri-Ace just can't be bothered with PS3 development.
Not a good idea at all to do this, a 4 console market is too much. I can see Sega doing well if they make a console with another company, but they're already losing too much money to come back into the console market.
I think MS will pay millions to keep this game exclusive. All Epic needs to do is give them a hint that the game is going multiplat, and MS will jump at an exclusivity contract. Cos if they lose Gears, they only have Halo left for the Shooter fans, and most 360 owners are shooter fans.

Dunno whether or not the game would be better or worse (personally I'd expect it to look a lot better), but it would most likely go overlooked if it was multiplat, but it is pretty much the only hardcore title coming to the Wii this year (from what has been anounced).
It's basically like Halo, if Halo came out on PS2 and Xbox, it would have just been ANOTHER FPS, but cos it was exclusive it got loads of attention.
@above - guaranteed if MGS4 is announced for 360 (which I doubt), every 360 fanboy will be like "Woohoo" but none of them will actually buy the game.
Good show, just to go further on KH3 for 360...Nomura makes KH so if it is coming it will be coming 2011 (unless someone else is making it, in which case it will suck). Also it doesn't make sense imo for it to be PS3/360, it makes more sense to be PS3/Wii, cos the Wii has the fanbase that likes Disney stuff, and the PS3 has the hardcore PS2 fanbase that established KH in the first place.
Not saying PS3/360 version won't happen, but just doesn't make sense to me. Bu I guess MS' ...
