To be fair, that actually seems pretty reasonable for 800 Wii Points.
Will this Apocalypse Party kill off all the players, too? I always love hearing about those things after the fact. There's always a neat way of closing a server, and it usually involves the genocide of the playerbase.
Hah. Those responses are well-phrased. Diplomatic but confident.
The more I hear about this game, the more I want to play it. Seems like they've taken it seriously. Here's hoping it runs a bit better than ArmA 2 though!
Cannot wait. At all.
Really good round-up of all the information out there, plus a few new bits and pieces. Awesome article.
Good to hear it. I haven't seen it since the initially shaky launch, but it SHOULD have potential.
Gotta agree that the Worgen completely stole it for me, too. Though I do agree with Jeff that they look a bit like cats - when the pictures of the masks for Goblin and Worgen appeared awhile back, I actually thought they *were* cat masks, initially.
Seriously? That seems like far more than most football games I've seen offer. Six clubs is a vast improvement over the usual two, and these are clubs that I imagine most people will want to play.
Just hoping it's a decent-length match rather than the five minutes a lot of other demos tend to give.
Or was that sarcasm? It's so hard to tell over the internet :(
I think Ashes did well to hold on to the top spot for as long as it did, considering that it's a cricket game and that Wii Sports Resort is probably going to be in the top 20 for the next two years.
From a conference roundup article in which Blizzard has not hosted a conference?
Hrm. I somehow missed the information about the EU PlayStation video store. Nice.
I'm *sure* an earlier football game (much earlier; probably late 90s) had 360 degree movement, but... eh, maybe I'm wrong.
Arcade mode does indeed sound interesting. I'm not sure about the graphics, though - they look nice, and in those shots the tracks appear slightly... I dunno, stylised maybe? But I can't help but compare them to things like Forza 3.
Good God, that's gorgeous.
Wahey. Looking forward to hearing more of the story.
I'm actually more excited about this than the PC version. It seems like the perfect game for a long train ride, really.
Hah. Been waiting for this announcement for awhile.
Sounds like they're really building up to something, then. I don't think people can dismiss this stuff as unfounded rumour anymore :)
Blizzard does what Blizzard wants to do. Always has, always will.
That looks a hell of a lot sharper than the DS version, but I'm going to miss having my map open on another screen.
