Don't wait and buy it, it's great allready. If you imagine that psvr is here only for month and half there's now really good pack of games. You can't build that portfolio instantly. So far best experience was battle zone, eve, vr worlds, playroom vr, headroom and bomb defusal one :-)
It's really dependent on what you are expecting. Vr is great but it will be hard to transit from experience to full fledged games . I got exactly what I expected. I loved move games I loved wii games also. And never stopped to. I loved 3D and still do. But sadly it was not so lucrative for manufacturers so they stopped supporting it. I plan to buy PS3 again to play sport champions. It was great. I gave my wii to my nephew he will use it better but really I miss that motion games a lot ! A...
According to move / Kinect controllers- its sad companies dropped support this gen . I really loved and still love motion control games . They are being reiterated with psvr and its great ! So much I enjoyed wii sports , and sports champions. I'm really considering buying PS3 just for them :-o
Its not like new playstation. It really depends on how you value immersive experience, if you feel nausea (I dont have problem at all even during several hours playing drive club) and if you can accept, that its new and there are only few games and nearly no aaa title with decent length,
Problem is there are no aaa titles. There are lot of smaller games. Few multiplayer games. But its missing something like Uncharted, Bloodborne is for ps4. Killer game. Anyway it has big potential. Its great that Vrideo was added recently!

And again and again and again. Its like that last yeras 4K LG tv which in fact was like 3K but had different grid, which had shared dots of neighbouring pixels. There was arguing if it is really 4K or not. Result was that this type of panel can be branded as 4K because it can produce 4K quality picture. And this is the same. I don't know about that superlatives but I believe nvidia can do good hw and Nintendo good sw so their cooperation makes me believe that switch can be really interesting piece of game hardware. Both companies need success so hard that they're cooperation can be much deeper than amd, Sony and Microsoft. Fingers crossed ;-)
It would be nice to play soldner x, motorstorm or Gran turismo 6 on ps4. But according to PS4Pro, which has in base ps4 mode same clocks and half gpu turned off because of bad compatibility on full power it seems to me like unreal request to be compatible with totally different ps3 :-(
Its not so important but its really nice. Microsoft did good job with software support here.
It depends. If you buy high end for 2000 usd it will last many more years.... remember 8800 gtx... or famous gf 2 gts. And in the end you have always possibilities to play games. You can lower resolution and keep details it's up to you. Or you can buy new gpu but you still can play all the old games. It's really great. But I ended up with ps anyway. I still miss some games. Especially motorstorm and move sports.
They did say full support, but also they said "planning" and "aiming" so no promises only plans which weren't fulfilled . But it's strange that it isn't official information. Maybe Sony don't want that type of statements to not hurt vr sales. Because few months before game is going to shops and we have officially only "aiming for full support" and unofficially "only vr tour" - that's not enough. But anyway collectors edition is inevi...
Wwwwwwhat? I didn't expect that kind of stuff at all. No vr in races sounds insane. Gt should be racing reference for ps. But without vr it's a little fail for me. At least 4K hdr is there (I hope). I can understand if that single campaign is in vr but online is not. But driveclub in vr in online is really fantastic, believe me. Can you imagine going for that Fia championship with vr? It has really big potential!
Oh man another flame war. For me it doesn't matter if I buy Scorpio and their vr or pro and psvr. Games are most important. Enjoy your consoles or built ultimate gaming pc and be really proud. But in the end it doesn't matter at all . It's only about fun while playing games isn't it? ;-)
Believe it or not, main reason to buy me into playstation universe was gran turismo on ps3. Sometimes I would like to try some XO games like forza m/h or gears of war but in the end, ps has still more exclusives that appeal to me. Its only matter of preferences. It doesnt matter if ps4 is little bit stronger than XO or if scorpio will be stronger then pro. Its only matter of experience.
Guys, I dont know why are you arguing so heavily. Fact is, that pro can render something in native 2160p and something in 1800p and with some clever hardware supported technique can do 2160p. I think its not important if you say thats upscaling or thats rendering technique which makes bigger resolution. Fact is there are already some previews, that you cant tell difference if you are 1 meter and farther from tv. Of course it depends on size of the screen. But if you have to carefully compare ...
I really dont get the discussion and everybody claiming scorpio will beat ps4 or otherwise. Isnt it obvious that Microsofts only hope is roaring, teasing and dehonesting ps4pro the best way they can? Yeah enjoy your VR too! I think evolution did good job. What is important when youre driving? Cars. And I love looking inside cars. I love "sit" in bac mono....Its a pitty they didnt do any formula 1 car.

I think NX would be better. It has something futuristic and exotic in it. Switch is like Fridge. Nothing special. Wii was more family kids name and also content was mainly family kids with few exception (for example that black and white blood bath :-) )
It seems Scorpio will be powerful and Microsoft knows price above 500 is no go. But even 500 is too much. Sony had alternative for 500 with better CPU too, but decided to go for 400. That's a nice compromise imho. I'm curious how will Scorpio sell. For me it's too much if it's 500.
