It depends. For me motion controls are still best thing in gaming so far. I understand that masses made good product. 3D was gimmick for me but very nice . And vr is finally another great thing in gaming. All depends on good software. Nintendo has great first party games. But I was disappointed in low number of launch titles. I hope Switch will be successful, because Nintendo has some aura around itself no one other has :-).

Not great and not bad. It depends on social aspect and differentiation from others. Because in direct competition with ps and xbone it doesn't have the chance.
At least you can buy first party backward compatible games from Xbox 360.

Its not true. Scorpio may support PC VR sets, so it will get exclusive games. Unlike PS4, where all VR games are playable on all PS4s (but its therefore limited in comparision with PC VR sets).

Microsoft needs to start outselling ps4. Theyll do anything for that, even selling Xbox without profit. Even if they outsell PS4 by one piece and even only in USA , they can start massive campaign about top selling console. Or even top selling and most powerful console. They try to include extra features where Sony is omitting them - for the same price. In the end only community can profit from that. I
Its simple math. If Scorpio is so much more powerful then ps4pro then it will so much more expensive. AMD will not give components for free to Microsoft. But thats fine. It can be really premium product.
According what I saw in Tomb raider on ps4 pro (and to my greatest surprise), its greater pleasure to have higher frame on fhd than 30fps on 4k. If Scorpio can manage 60fps in 4k it will be good. Bud anyway 4k is not that great as is promoted. HDR is bigger difference.
Hell guys, on switch we only need super mario bros, mario kart and couple of zeldas. Remasters of all zeldas and its a nobrainer lol :-)
Absolutely agree ! Sony has solid lineup. Gran turismo, horizon, days gone and more.... These will sell pro like a cakes. I can imagine Gran turismo VR pack.PRO + VR + Gran turismo for 700 USD. That would be super deal!

I should say the demoes we played For Honor on were running on PCs, however, PS4 Pro’s tech right now I’m sure isn’t far off from what was shown.

Oh no, another we love customers BS. But on the other side, there is no other way for microsoft than to love their customers to be able to compete with ps4. Competition is good so I hope Scorpio will be success.
Xbox is doing fine, but it hasn't so many good exclusives like ps. Anyway if you buy Xbox you get good machine with support and lot of games and that's important.
If there is backward compatibility, it's nobrainer for me. I'm still eager to play some wii / wiiu games. It's all arm architecture and nvidia here is much more stronger so it shouldn't be a big problem especially for wii. Maybe motion controls emulation is a question.
If there is also ddr pads and games compatibility....wow. Otherwise maybe I will buy it some time after start when I can buy it for 200€ with Zelda used one.
