Im actually really surprised about this! Given how ps3 was a bit more powerful than 360 this gen, yet it really was only the Sony exclusives that looked better graphically than other games... I figured devs would try to acheive parity between mutiplat release this gen as well, but i guess not!

Also, just because I'm not tech saavy and don't know the real difference, what will the graphical differences be between native 1080p and upscaled?

@ listenkids,

My comment is far from "uninformed and ignorant". Yes there are fanboys of all kinds around here, but it is absolute FACT that the pro-Sony crowd on N4G FAR outnumbers the die-hard supporters of other brands by a longshot. And they are the most volatile, judgemental, ignorant, immature, close-minded, (and majorly hypocritical, I might add) crew of fanboys in all of Videogame-land. You don't see droves of Nintendo or MS fans shoving their opinion...

"I don´t understand when people say that Cloud couldn´t be tested?"

Do you think anyone on N4G really actually knows ANYTHING about what can and cant be tested at this point?? No. Your surfing a website full of immature and poorly informed fanboys who will tell you anything as long as it's pro-Sony and anti-anything else. Seriously, people around here are so indoctrinated and radicalized that if Haz Karai had a press conference and announced that The ...

The thing is, CoD is only a hated game among really serious gamers... people who would count gaming as a passion, more than a hobby.

If you round up a bunch of people from an internet gaming forum, they will all tell you how horrible CoD is and how much of a shite game it is. But if you round up a bunch of random people in public, people love it and will tell you how they can't wait to get the new call of duty.

Unfortunately, serious gamers probably on...

Maaaan, Sony fans around here really make me want to not be associated with the playstation community at all, despite owning a ps3. Why are you all so radical and extreme about supporting a brand??

Does ANYONE around here own BOTH consoles so they can enjoy ALL the games, features, etc??

Oh well... I personally LOVE having an open mind. I've been exposed to some amazing gaming experiences over the past generation, many of which I would've missed o...

@ Kurogane,

I'm not making excuses for Sony, I'm just stating facts. It happens with each new console generation, where the launch titles look like prettier ports of thier previous gen counterparts. Find me a launch title from the first year of ps3/360 and then compare it to GTAV, Red Dead, Uncharted, Forza 3/4, etc.

Also, I hate piss on your parade, but there's no way the ps4/XB1 graphics will ever compare to a high end PC. Ever. I don't...

picked up BF4 yesterday - couldn't hold out :-)

It's awesome - definitley a worthy follow up from BF3

Isn't that most of what multi=plat/multi-console launch titles are when a new console comes out?

Give these game studios 2-3 years and our jaws will be dropping at the visuals, once devs really learn what they can do with the hardware

Themba, Who said anything about Xbox?? This video is comparing ps3 and ps4, NOT xb1 and ps4.

Yea, definitely too hard to draw a serious comparison on this from the quality of this video.
Although, I did splurge on BF4 yesterday for ps3. As expected the Multiplayer is still fun as hell.. the maps are really well constructed as well... but, the game is really showing the age and limitations of current gen consoles.

But here's a tip for current gen BF4 players - If you jump into an online match and you think it looks like a ps1 game, go back to the menu ...

Yea, the Only Games that have used Boston as a backdrop, that I can think of were AC3 and The Last of Us. The Last of Us was especially detailed with it's Boston levels, in that the State Street subway station looked EXACTLY as it does in real life present day Beantown. Same goes for the I93-I90 interchange where the highway signs had the legit exit and street info on them, as they hung crumbling from the State Street overpass. Although, Ubi did a great job with AC3 bringing to life Fan...

Thrice, are you ready for me to body bag your entire comment?

You are making the natural assumption that I do this in every single server I'm in. I'm speaking on one particular event in which I destroyed whiny little cry-hards such as yourself. Let me ask you a question. Do you feel like a big man pouting atop your high horse about how my skills completely overriding yours, effectively banishing you to the spawn screen for the majority of any given session? I definitley agree with others that the story in GTA V wasn't all that strong. The relationships between the characters was great, but the story was a little loose. There were characters and history in the game that I was hoping we would learn more about and we never did.. like Franklin's cousin who owns the Towing business.. we did all those towing missions for nothing? Each ride, another conversation with Tanesha about how much she wants to get with Franklin, and talking about get...

Enemy, that's pretty subjective. Not that TLoU wasn't an amazing game, and a serious GOTY contender, your comment and your Infamous avatar just make you look like another one of those indoctrinated brainwashed Sony fans that stalk any article that doesn't cast an angel's light on a Sony product.

And comparing TloU to EVERY other game that released this generation?????? 'Cmon dude... seriously. Think about some of the amazing experiences in gaming this ge...

From reading the review, it seems this guy's super low review score is more of a pot-shot at what he continously calls a "cash grabbing scheme".

While I agree that the 3.5/10 was probably way too low of a score, I do completely understand the authors frustration with AO seeming like a "cash grab" with seemingly zero effort put into it's development. "Milking" (as we like to call it) is a major issue that's going on in the industry, an...

Okay, I can leave a generic N4G response too...

DRiveclub better, GT6 better, Turn 10 are lazy, lighting looks fake, cars are too shiny, 60fps is overrated..I'd rather play on tracks where it's always raining or snowing or night, because I hate sunny dry days in racing games. And I hate how shiny the cars are.. I only want to race cars that look beat up and dirty.. I hate the damage modeling in Forza, I'd rather collide with a gaurdrail at 160mph and have my car ...

Or the glitch where your mechanic delivers a ride from your garage for you, but then when you get in, he swears at you, pulls you out of your own ride, and then assaults you. Pretty funny, but also silly and annoying

I just don't understand why they capped the mission payouts? There's mo point in doing missions now--which was really the whole point in GTA online. It's much more financially lucrative to rob stores, sell cars to LS Customs and do deliveries for Simeon... Or do a string of races.

It just sucks that this game could be so much more fun, but by reducing the amount of money and RP we can earn from missions has completely made this game a grind.
