It is such a beautiful keyboard, I'd need the keys tho, memory's getting funkier as I get older lol
fire emblem was a great game to play while traveling this summer :) I like to level up while on the road, since it can be a mindless task to pass the time...so JRPG's usually are good for me.
Cant play anything flashy or I get motion sickness lol
Great concept, getting to love more roguelike indie games and this one takes the cake. Fast paced gameplay with 80 different maps that regenerate.
Id love to own this.
it takes inspiration from great indie games especially rogue like dungeon crawlers.
200 guns when it ships, is insane and I like the idea of variety, especially if some of the guns will be silly.
much like Alpha I also noticed that it takes inspiration from 2D zeldas of the past. I like that it has an invulnerable dodge roll and that the gameplay requires you to master it to go further without dying much, although I assume the difficulty spikes and that's why it's a rogue like game.
Do a dodge roll!
My first games also were super Mario Bro's and duck hunt on my cousin's NES.
Im not one for shooting games, but once in a while I pick one up 'cause it stands out from the lot, and your game does just that!
I really hope to purchase Bayonetta 2 or Bloodborne with the gift card, so I'm gonna act cool and just wait...
Oh and the bullets with guns shooting bullet is so meta! lol
I hope you and I win this tym!! lol
I just had a major move and trust me, when I saw my psOne games and ps2 games in my shelves, I ran for the bubble wrap and they made the trip with me.
I just can't part with any of the games I buy. It probably has to do with growing up poor and my parents being unable to buy me any of the games I wanted.
I am still catching up to this day and some of these classic games are expensive, so if you have the space, start a collection :)
I'd love to play it and experience it for myself :)
I hope it releases on consoles as well, don't really play on PC/Steam.
Jotun is indeed for me. I want to experience everything about it cause it sounds like a journey and I love adventures with an epic scale. Sign me up!
this game gives me life, I love it already, it reminds of Child of light for its strong floklore and narrative and also the art direction and aesthetics of the game.
Banner saga also comes to mind, but this game stands on its own merit. Way to go. If I can emote, I am sold.
It is incredible to look at, I am digging the hand drawn style, way to go Devs from Montreal :) Now onto the preview of Jotun so I can read more about it.
hand drawn, no 3d and it looks amazing, let alone the story being incredible. It sucks you in.
Shadow of the colossus is always a great game to take inspiration from, can't wait to check out more.
Agreed, it's not like he chose the easiest game genre to create and develop.
It looks good for one man team and the strategy portion of the gameplay is excellent, it shows some true genius.
Way to go Craig Stern on creating a SRPG unline any other, it has some cool strategic elements, love the backstab move.
I am a big fan of the magic element and the area it effects. It's like using the right magic for the most areal damage!
Paint me interested and wanting to buy, I need this on playstation please.
Telepath tactics looks awesome, I love SPRG and they're right, its nothing like Fire Emblem or Final Fantasy tactics. There's some cool strategic moves happening, my fav being the backstab.
(Sorry for not commenting every day, just had a big move and internet is back on! Great dev to come back to, hopefully I get one of the 3 gift cards, woot!)
Sorry if I sound like a smart *ss, but it's indie month, every day an indie developer is featured along with their games. (Unless you were being sarcastic, given your amount of bubbles)
My condolences to the family and friends of a great man who brought us gamers countless hours of joy and dreams.
May he rest in peace and his legacy continue.
this is such a cool game, it truly feels inventive and creative. The pacing isn't for me, I don't know that I'd the patience to play this and I play SJRPG like shining force and Fire Emblem, lol.
It must be the gun play, if the devs had made it about magic, I'd bite.
Major props to the devs for making a great looking game tho, I know the genre will be very popular.
