A GTX780 is also a whole lot faster then a GTX760, does it gives you better gfx? no, it gives you higher fps, it doesnt make the games better looking, however, theres a 350 dollar price difference between those two cards.
The different between the XB1 and the ps4 is minimal compared to the difference between the Ps3 and the 360.
And that didnt make much difference either.
Halo4 is just as beautiful as Uncharted2.
So if its on Windows and XB1, which is also Windows, its not an MS exclusive?
Or where you planning to install those games on Mac or Linux?

Actually, most of the west got internet that is on par or better then that in the USA.
Here in the Netherlands, the coverage is actually better then in the USA.
But if its not possible to use the XB1 in your country, then it wont be for sale there either.
So if you see it in your local shops, you have nothing to worry, just hook it up to the web once, and you can play offline all you want.
Rigbybot, that would be a bit ridiculous, MS announced plenty of games to do a top 10, yet you consider to do a top 10 for Ps4, which had less reveals then the XB1.

I personally think Killer Instinct looks impressive too, sure it may not be the most polygon heavy game coming out this year, but the art direction is stunning for sure.
So its Unix/Linux.
Lightweight, which is good, but the XB1 has the advantage that the OS is completely build from the ground for the hardware.
While the ps4 OS is a modification trying to make the OS as suitable as possible.
The Windows OS may take more resources, but it takes the edge in driver support, i am curious to see what platform is gonna have the upper hand for real.
On paper specs are nice, but are no guarantee for performance, theres so many...
They should let these guys work together with Epic, to bring the sequel to fruition, to make the follow up a high quality polished up title.

Rise of the robots was soo much ass, i never understood why they ported the arcade version.
That game came out when games like Super street fighter II, Mortal kombat II and tutles tournament fighters where on their height.

Game looks amazing in action, i am glad they took this direction with it.
So the good news is, whether you have an XB1 or a PS4 in the near future, there will be plenty of first party games to play.

Then there is also MS Osaka, MS LA, 343, playground, platform next, rare, lionhead, MS victoria, connected experiences, epic and a bunch of kinect studio's working on games...
Again, not true, Ouya runs Android, there are emulators for those for android, so you can install them on Ouya.
In fact, the only stuff it doesnt emulate are systems that where released after the Nintendo64 and Psx.
For the rest it runs everything, including tosec systems such as C64 and Pc98.
So the actual number is probably closer to 90% then to 80%
Thats not true, it emulated everything up to N64, so it emulates about 80% of all emulated systems Thats broad enough if you ask me.
Besides, no system under 400 will emulate ps2 perfectly.
If done right, i would be seriously interested in this.
