Youl need to upgrade your videocard this november, or the new pc games will be stucked at medium low.
I have the same rig as you, but with a GTX280, gonna replace it with a GTX760.

Depends what vid card you have no, the 760 uses a lot less watt then the 280 i currently have.
This because the transistors have gotten a lot smaller the past years, and thus require less energy.

As much as i am looking forward to the next gen, the Ps4 and Xb1 are not ahead of high end pc's.
I have a 4 year old i7 920 with 6 gb of ddr 3 and 2gb of gddr5, that can currently be considered to be inbetween medium and high.
By the end of the year il add 10 gb of ddr3 and a GTX760, and it will be high end, and have about 3 times the power of next gen consoles.
Well, the ones that tout obviously dont have an average steam pc.
My pc has been at 8 gb for the past 4 years, il upgrade it to 18gb (16gb ddr3 and 2gb gddr5) by the end of the year.
Multi's will look crispier on my pc, and il play the exclusives on the XB1.
Some of those are beat em ups, and not fighting games.
No, rewind is actually a gameplay feature, one i dont use, but for some it adds to the gameplay.

Well, it doesnt really matter, even if its super positive, if its an XBox thing it will attract haters.
I think double helix finally found a genre they are good at.
From the looks of this game, its very polished, so i am not worried at all.
Since its a reboot, its also a complete restart for the developers, and they had to start from the ground up.
How many first try´s look this much fun.

Halo2 is the only one from the original Xbox i never played.

You are just jealous that Nintendo got Mario, MS got Halo, and Sony doesnt really have a flagship.

However ms did open Studio Osaka, and they brought in Land ho to develop Crimson dragon.
A few good games for the japanese market could tide people over.

DS4 also uses batteries, only they cannot be replaced easily as you have to screw the thing open.
But once you do, youl see two happily taped in battery's inside it.
I preordered a rechargable kit for the XB1, will do fine, and can be replaced if it breaks down.
I cant even wear the ps4 headset :P, my hearing aids prevent me from using ear plugs.
