At Walmart. They had many 360 and PS2 versions of the game. I didn't ask about whether or not they carried the ones for the PS3 or Wii, but I didn't see any.
Wii owners buying this game are dumb because the same game (i.e. gh2) was available on the PS2? Would you care to explain your logic?
I've never owned a PSX or an XBox, so why would buying this game make me dumb? Last time I checked, the other builds of the game didn't run on the Wii. So if I was to buy this game (which I provably won't) it would indeed seem new to me, since I haven't played it before.

Too bad I've never been a fan of Final Fantasy games.
The Wii, not even after one year has the largest install base. If it keeps going at the same rate, it will double its install base by the end of next year, so why not?
With an average attach rate of 5, it should be a sure bet. Assuming the game is up to snuff.

One game cannot bring doom to the PS3.
The PS3 isn't getting the love because of how hard it is to develop for it, it's high sticker price and the fact that there are other alternatives that while not as powerful, offer the same if not bigger thrills.

That if a "gamer" plays a game like RE4 on a PS2 he/she is ok, but he/she wouldn't want to play the better version of the game on the Wii because the Wii is a POS? No matter how you slice it, RE4 Wii edition is superior to the PS2 version of the game. Better engine, and better controls, so there...

When I play Wii games I never wave my arms like a fairy, but if that is how YOU play it, then to each his own...
Clearly the Wii is worth the asking price. It has never been discounted by either a lower price or a new sku with more "features," Much like the 360... oh wait... Much like the PS3... hm...

They didn't offer anything more than a humble gaming console. They didn't claim it to be the most advanced, with more connectivity, or better graphics. All they offered was a gaming console that would allow you to leave it on all day without catching on fire (try that with you PS3/360 and see what happens...), no nonsense DVD players, media this or that.
As far as I am concerned, they ones ripping people off are Sony for offering a console that after a year ...

Developers are not at risk by developing for the wii. If the games are good, they are going to sell. Just look at how well Capcom and EA are doing on the Wii.
