That is up for debate. If you like Mario type of games, then the wii has the best library, if you like shooters, then 360 does. It really depends on where you are coming from.
Also, the PS3 is not the best design of the three. If anything it is the opposite. It does have the most powerful processor of the three, but due to its poor overall design, the data rate or bandwidth is sever...
The article is indeed misleading. The PS3 would have to sell much more than the wii to start "cutting down" on that lead.
The Wii only needs to see 1 more console per week to keep it's lead growing. Too bad people don't like to hear the truth...

Top two titles are for Nintendo consoles, and the PC is getting some good representation. Good show...

The have such a grasp on the industry and it isn't because they are over hyped. Nintendo has a long track record of making fun games, and pouring love into them, that is why they are such good games. Let's not forget that Nintendo also makes really great quality games that are well known for their lack of bugs.

Having a hard drive will only open the doors to people being able to write programs that will bypass the "only for this wii" thingy Nintendo has going for VC games. In other words, they would lose control over these overpriced games and people will start getting them for free.
That's the only roadblock right now. Not demand, or "lack of need."

When I'm not interested in a console, instead of bashing it, or the games for it, I do the only thing that makes sense to me: I don't buy the console.

The Wii is not competing with the PS3 or 360. The graph just proves that Nintendo is playing in a league of their own...

If you claim the graph is not accurate, then let's see your "insider" statistics that prove that Nintendo is pulling numbers out of thin air.
Are amongst the best games out there. Even the first HL has great replayability, but you have to play on PC.
The orange box is a great deal, you get HL2 + episodes 1 & 2. Valve is sure doing the right thing packaging these masterpieces together.
Is it possible that it plays just like the first one did? If it does, then it offers very little in the way of innovation. Graphics alone don't account for innovation since every other game is pushing the polygon count and what not on the PS3.
I'm NOT picking up fights, I'm just pointing out why they might say what they say...

What if the game was about picking your nose? would perfect photorealism make it worth 9/10? I don't think so.

There really are lots of old people in Japan playing wii, that's the only logical explanation. All of the very mature true gamers (in the 15-18 yrs old range) know better and buy other consoles...

They want to make sure that people know they are not buying these kind of games, nor Zelda, not Strikers, nor Galaxy. In fact, some report the possibility that some PS3/360 fans are buying these games just so that they can later blame the older population.
I'm telling you, the situation is critical...
For those people who do not have a console to play Mass Effect or Bioshock, the Wii version should be ok right?
Anyway, sounds like this game would have been much better if the extra time had been spent in making the game more Wii-friendly, meaning adjusting the controls to be great.
The 360 does not play Mario or Zelda, so it isn't the best out there.
Bioshock = good. Bioshock on PC = the way it was meant to be played.
GOW = Soon, you'll be able to play against PC people on-line. You won't like the game then...
