Surprised to see Jim Carrey acting silly after all that stuff that happened, when i saw him on TV he seemed really different and not the same after that. Nice to see some of his 90's silliness at least, i think he might make it interesting to watch but I'm not sure he makes a good Robotnik.
Sad how much the site is plastered with stuff like this now, should be in a different section of the site.. normalising porn to kids probably as well.
L4D2, even though you can tell a lot more could have been added.
This is not accounting certain things, like:
- SSD and RAM pricing is really good at the moment. Can get an MX500 500GB for £50, 16GB of 3200mhz DDR4 for under £80.
- Zen 2 CPUs are rumoured to be really good and coming in the next 1-2 months, should bring Intel perf at much lower prices and higher core count.
- Intel are entering the GPU space next year, this might bring healthy competition as then we'll have 3 players ma...
6 is average 7 is good, in actual numbers.
I remember people saying they were buying RTX 2080 and 2080Ti cards for this game, glad i didn't buy into overpriced hardware, Even Nvidia recently admitted they are sandbagging, and they have the cheek to sell us hugely overpriced GPUs.
Waiting for the RTX 3080 7nm series of cards, maybe Nvidia will have some sense with the pricing then, if not hopefully Intel will dig us out of this hole of crap pricing when they give us their first dedicated graphics cards.
It looks good but IMO if people can spawn camp the AI, then that should've been sorted before release. Also i can see from footage that the game needs more special type of zombies.
Never saw much of 06 so not sure what the main differences are, this looks good however.. Just wish SEGA would make an SA3, i really enjoyed SA2 because it had a bunch of different levels and more varied than the first game, just wish they made the game a bit more challenging, especially the later parts, or to be more specific maybe the last boss.
Probably a fad, sheep seem to be fond of them, i rarely play stuff like that.
Seeing what I've seen it does look fun, but lacking variety. Screamer = cut enemy from the first L4D, that armoured zombie is basically a Charger, that pouncing thing is a Hunter and the gas bag is almost identical to the CEDA zombies except they release gas.
They should have put in more variety of special type infected.Even the first L4D had more than this with just the Tank and Witch. Either way still not enough.
Tbh i was surprised how much of a difference just adding some extra things made to the game, L4D1 was fun but it got repetitive after a while. L4D2 only added stuff that felt more like an expansion, but those extras made a big difference to replayability, like the few varieties of uncommon infected and the 3 new specials. And Valve only released that a year after the first game. Goes to show what else they could have released since then.
Excited for what? Did you read the article or just the title?
I don't think Turtle Rock have actually confirmed that B4B will be a spiritual successor to L4D yet, though the name certainly implies so..
There will apparently be a dev diary video in May, so we might find out soon.
It's pathetic that there still really isn't a single game that's built from the ground up on Source 2, unless you count a small bit of that VR stuff.
L4D has been due a new game for a while.. No clue what Valve are doing, it's like they work on stuff and then just stop.
It's a lot like L4D, except it's third person only.. Why? The armored zombie = charger, gas bag = CEDA zombie except with gas in it, that other thing = hunter, and the screamer = special that was cut from L4D before release.
Looks decent but no bosses? I dunno, there might not be enough variety. L4D needs a true sequel tbh.
Surprised they didn't continue making new hit & run games.
You could get quite a lot better spec if you added a couple hundred to it, i personally wouldn't buy those components.. Plus as already said you can get genuine Windows keys much cheaper than that.
Wonder why they excluded a story/mission thing from most Mario Kart games, i really liked the one in DS. If anything they should have it with every release since. It definitely adds more to the game.
Those Nintendo ones seem mostly more like teasers for what they want to bring to Switch.
Those are fairly low, but to be fair I'd probably not play any game that wasn't at least between my minimum and recommended specs. Probably won't run well at all on systems meeting just minimum spec.
