If it's like Bayonetta i can't say I'm overly fussed, good for those that enjoy them type of games though.
Looks like a pretty adult action anime style game overall, might check out a bit of footage and see.
IMDB in a nutshell there are groups out there who purposely upvote/downvote films on that site, in other words go with your own thoughts and don't be a sheep.
The videos I've seen it's definitely aiming to be edgy or whatever, the characters almost constantly swear.. so i could see how it gets repetitive/boring fast. Seems a little unintelligent.
The purpose of strong language is to give impact. It doesn't give impact when certain words are thrown around during normal conversation, it gets old fast
Def been downgraded, i remember seeing ray traced PC footage and being impressed, at least at the level of detail.. i think it showed a drone flying around.
I guess they cut down on the graphics for some reason.
Wasn't a fan at all, much preferred HL2 to be honest.
You can do ray tracing for specific stuff, so they can cut down on it, saving performance if needed.
Nvidia RTX 2000 series are early days ray tracing perf, the 3000 series next year should offer much better ray tracing even in the mid range cards, as well as better overall horsepower.
Another good one for a remake would be Tiny Toons, Buster's Hidden Treasure. Really enjoyed that one, kind of like a cross between Sonic and Mario.
Always nice to have the option for multiplayer and playing on the big screen, for that reason the original is better.
Even though people prefer the Megadrive version of Aladdin i had the SNES version which i actually liked. Just wish the end boss was a bit more of a challenge, good platformer regardless tho.
They supported it with some nice games at first but that was it, i wonder why they stopped? Golden Abyss was a fine example.
I suppose one thing I'd hoped they would improve a bit was the way the character felt a bit stiff, so to speak, to control. But i guess it's just one of those things you get used to after playing for a bit.
Even San Andreas had a huge map which was too big, though great for multiplayer with nearly 200 players through the MP mod, but the one thing it did get right was having 100+ missions.
As for Cyberpunk it looks like its been downgraded gfx wise, but we'll see.
Judging by those screenshots it looks more like GTA5 than truly next gen.. Maybe it did get downgraded, not bad by any means but i thought it looked better in past screens.
Bet this is going to need a 3070/3080 class GPU to get nice perf above 60FPS, at least with RTX on and at 1440p I'll bet!
EDIT: but wait.. Has the game been downgraded? The screenshots don't look as good as i thought i saw before.. Looks more like GTA 5.. Hmmm... Oh well.
Looking forward to next gen games and GPUs regardless.
"Killian!, here's Sub Zero.. Now, plain zero!"
If they aren't gonna do anything with the games just give the rights to Playtonic or somethin.
Good luck to em, my new 3700x CPU has been giving me nothing but crashing on a new x570 motherboard. If AMD can't sort their stuff out I'll be heading back to Intel.
I heard the PS5 GPU will be less powerful than a 2080, reading here.. www.techradar.com/amp/news/pc- gamers-rejoice-playstation-5-w ont-be-as-powerful-as-an-nvidia - rtx-2080
For a console i imagine it'll be impressive what they can do with it at first though.
Yea be toxic and encourage more kids to play adult stuff, yawn.. Like the gaming world needs more toxicity.
10 yr old is far too young for adult games, they pick up on everything including foul language which many morons use today in MP games.
Fortnite is fine for 10+ yr olds though, since it's rated 12 i guess it's just acceptable.
