The Pro certainly alienates adopters of PS4 (original) and their timing is off for releasing this. They should of waited and updated the Pro specs in a year. I think things will worsen when people buying PSVR to use with the normal PS4 see how poorly it performs on it compared to using it with the PS4 Pro. That will damage Sony´s image will loyalists.

For now, Sony will grab people that don’t have PS4, have one busted or people with new 4K TV but they have one year of ...

A year is a long time to wait for anything… unless you already have something to entertain your gaming habits until then.

True, I´m selling it privately.

If I can sell my PS4 for a fair price, I´ll get one. Otherwise I´ll keep mine until a substantial upgrade to the Playstation appears or PSVR 2.

So PS5 comes right after.

Gdam that´s the ugliest 3D prototype render of any console, ever.

The first few advances in the game are fun but then the grind sets in and it ends up being a means for a better ship / Multi-tool (weapon) and spacesuit. They need to introduce something worth playing for… something like events in space or between races… IMO if the game got more in-game content, variation it would be great but otherwise the game will fizzle and die soon. The market is flooding with new games incoming the next few months… NMS will be alone in space if they dont set the bar hi...

It´s a dualshock controller that you split apart and shove a smartphone inside. You read it here first! The NX killer (XD).

oh wait… GameingBolt?!?! Nevermind…

Sony doesn’t deal with leaks. Much like Apples PR that doesn’t acknowledge them (mind you the comparison end there).
Silliness galore… slow news week Poly?

I think that because this game breaks a tradicional mold (in gaming canon), it will receive poor reviews. I haven´t played it yet but I think it´s unfair to judge this game too soon. It will evolve and be around for a while, the content will grow and improve. At least that is what I hope.

There´s no need for it…

Well… I haven´t played it but my hope is that they will address at least some of these issues to improve the game as its life progresses. Not saying the game does (or doesn’t) deserve the review but I´ll reserve judgement for now in hopes of improvement. The game was overhyped and it would never meet the expectations that were built up for it.

It sounds like this matter was hard implementing and didn´t make it to lauch… either that or it failed somehow, either in development or in infrastructure (server overload) and they deactivated it. At least for the time being.

Easy… Nintendo is essentially a toy company in their mentality and modus oper . Their hardcore fan base on the other hand have already outgrown toys.

10/10 … what a joke.

This game strikes me as being “about the journey” not “about the destination”. This early joe instant gratification scheme is just a media attention grab whore. Imo he shouldn´t be given the light of day in terms of attention.

In retrospect the Wii did the same thing… created artificial demand by not having enough of them available. You could argue that´s a console versus a peripheral but Sony did say they were treating the PSVR launch as if it were a new platform.

Yeah, about the guy it makes sense. Although I don´t you can “trademark” math, even if it is an advanced algorithm.

I wonder if Sky (the company) has their hand in this… behind the scenes, indirectly.

Now they just need to do this for web browsing…
