But this is the first Xbox360 game I've ever seen since its ever launched that I actually wanted. Never wanted Halo, never wanted Gears....but this.....yeah I'd get this.

Look, I only own a PS3 and I don't plan on buying any other systems for the next 10 years. Does this mean I have to want EVERY SINGLE PS3 exclusive that comes out? No.
And MAG is one of them. I didnt spend $300 for PS1 graphics just so I can play with 255 other people. I'll pass on MAG.

And even with its flaws, I felt Frarenheit was one of the most refreshing, entertaining, and deeper experiences I've ever had on my PS2. If this game is a re-vamped, next-gen version of Farenheit, then I'm already sold.
I thought LP 1 played like doo-doo butter (looked good though). Then, when I saw how upgraded and immersed the sequel looked, I thought "this is a game I'd love to play." Guess it all worked out in the end.
I hate motion conrol casual gaming. And even though I'll probably never use this.........it looks like the first "hardcore" application of it. And it looks good.
Is the most highly rendered entity I've ever seen in a video game outside of the cars in GTA games since PS2. Recreating an inanimate object is easy. Something that is organic is more difficult.

I don't need to get up and move around when I'm playing video games. That's what I do when I go to the gym.
When I play games, I just want to kick back and relax. Nintendo has made gaming so gay. Wii Fit was the highest selling game of the year. Was it because more Soccer Moms bought a Wii Fit than Hardcore Gamers had any good gaming options? Or did hardcore gamers buy a Wii fit too? Who the hell knows. But gaming is going to crap.

Doesn't the PS-Eye do this sh*t already?? I've seen so many "body controller" games for that thing. Explain to me how this is different? Oh thats right...because you can control the XBL Dashboard with your hands, its now worth $200.

Somebody finally gets it. Certain theme controllers (Rock Band Guitar, DDR Pad, Wii-Mote) are good for THEMED games. The traditional controller, is good for ALL games.
I'm sorry but the moves you pull off in God of War or Ninja Gaiden are NO longer achievable with this thing....which everyone knows is obvious....but also makes this camera function self-defeating.
When I play video games, I want to relax, not move around. That DEFEATS the purpose.
1 or 2 games that use a "special controller" like DDR or Rockband are fine because they are specific to THAT type of game. You guys are telling me now that EVERY SINGLE GENRE OF GAME (from multiple developers) is going to be made for this thing? Now I have to MOVE AROUND while playing these games as if I was 6? Lame.

If something is well recieved once, movie studios and game studios will feed it again to the masses.........why?........bec ause we'll pay for it.

Yes, it is a beautiful looking game, end of story. This is why we paid for next-gen hardware, no matter what the console.
Looks like I'll be importing the Euro version of this game when it drops.
