Because it extends the life of a game by offering is a whole bunch of new content for free. Ofcourse we're passionate about it.. we get more value from mods than cod drones pay for their yearly update.
Don't see why BW have this stance.. they screwed over any sort of sense of server "community" the moment they decided server forums were a bad idea.
This game was never made to be innovative.. they went out to try and make WoW in a Star Wars universe with a few standout features. Ever since Lucas Arts saw the success of WoW, they had $$ signs in their eyes and wanted to try and replicate that success themselves with Star Wars.
That's not to say TOR isn't a good game but it's been over seven years since WoW has came out and very little has actually evolved in terms of MMO games sadly.
This would be awesome. I hope it's a proper retail core non kinect game. Even if Halo 4 flops, this could possibly make my year as a 360 owner if true.
I think Halo changing studios is a GREAT thing and a much needed change from Bungie. I used to LOVE Halo mp but Reach simply put, was awful purely from a mp perspective in comparison to previous halo games.
Didn't buy Halo Anniversary so can't comment too much but I did buy the map pack and think the tweaks they made to the Reach gameplay experience were much needed and actually made the game somewhat fun again. If that's a sign of things to come, I think Halo 4 ...
Great to see how fast they're releasing this HOWEVER.. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come update wise. I got this game to play a Star Wars game and want new updates to feel like something out of a Star Wars movie, killing Rakghouls doesn't exactly wet my appetite.
You can choose whether to equip one handed weapons with right or left hand so you select one sword right the other left.
Not sure if serious... that picture submitted with the article looks freaking bad ass.
This game has fantastic presentation (the commentary is great) and amazing graphics but tbh, it isn't as realistic as Top Spin 4. The gameplay for starters feels a little bit too fast and arcadey at times plus players somehow make it to the ball in times when they clearly shouldn't. Not to mention the AI isn't realistic at all on higher difficulties.. When do you ever see Nadal or Djokovic go to the net?
It's still a good tennis game though and well worth a l...
Good, I rather it this way just limit the shards a bit more so there is more world pvp please.
Well he isn't going to say he's unhappy is he? Hate to sound pessimistic but I'm sure EA/BW were hoping for 2m sales by now and ultimately the true success of the game will come in 2-6 months.
And a new Jedi Knight game too!
The daily mail isn't news.. it's a bunch of fancy named articles constructed for the single purpose of enticing morons. I read the article in question and it's a joke to journalism just like the Daily Mail itself. I've not once heard anyone mention Vette in general chat contrary to what the paper would have you believe. Yes my Sith Warrior friend mentioned and jokes about the whole slave thing but the Daily Mail is nothing more than a drama queen paper that blows everything ou...
Exactly my feelings. The whole UI is designed around these advertisements. While it's nice that they try and clearly display them so everyone can see, they can do so without making them the main priority. When I click on "play game" it should be the most visible thing on my screen not to to the left in a place where it feels like it's lower priority to adverts.
It's ugly. Clearly Microsoft felt they weren't maximising the adverts on the dashboard so decided to update the ui so that all the adverts are slap bang in the middle of your screen. Whoever designed it should be fired.
Good, another failed attempt at big brother trying to control people. Who the fuck are the government to tell kids when they can or can't game anyway? Even if gaming has become a problem in Korea, retarded laws like this isn't the solution.
If the main creators behind the call of duty games got the Battlefront license, I'd seriously jizz.
Yay finally the cod4 sequel!
Can't say I'm all that excited tbh. The title quote sums up the new Square perfectly.. We'll be excited when we "SEE" it. I don't want to be excited when I see it, I want to be excited when I'm experiencing it for myself. Too much shiny, too little substance.. should be Square's equivalent of EA sports "it's in the game"
Yeah but unlike a certain country, French people aren't deluded enough to believe that it does equal the world.
