Who cares if Activision blacklist you, you've played one game in any number of their milked series then you've essentially played it's sequel. Even from a games journalism point of view I'd rather they focused on games where there is actually NEW stuff to discuss and lets be honest, in call of duty at least there is very little new worth mentioning.

Music definitely helps. When I was playing Pro Evolution Soccer competitively ages ago I always used to have music on when gaming.. I knew exactly what I had to do and didn't need to focus overly hard, I understood most styles of play and knew how to deal with them.. music helped me focus, kept me calm and ultimately left me with an outstanding record online.
Handheld consoles seem to always get all the ports. It's only a matter of time before Square go port crazy and bring all the FFs to the Vita.

As a staunch mmo fan and someone who has bought into the guild wars 2 hype.. alls I can say is FUUUUCK!!!! A good well made pc mmo shouldn't be possible to convert to the consoles. Console gamers gunna have but really.. MMOs are supposed to be MASSIVE.. any game with decent graphics these days would struggle on the current generation of consoles when many people are on the screen at any given time.

Why does there need to be grinding? I play JRPGs for the story not to sit there grinding crap out.. save that for the MMO junkies who enjoy wasting pointless hours on time consuming nonsense.
Decrease cutscenes? HELL NO! I'll never forget the epic cut scenes of FF7-10. Cut scenes not only flesh out the story but help to build the emotion. If you dont like cutscenes you should just stick to American rpgs.
Funnily enough I asked my friend yesterday about how it's going and he told me that so far they only released 2 new maps. The game has been out for 1/4th of it's lifespan, people pay a LOT of money expecting lots of DLC and so far they only get 2 maps? I'd say Activision have royally screwed up but to be fair I wouldn't be surprised if they planned it this way and Kotick is laughing all the way to the bank.

Didn't Ono come out and say gems are mandatory? I know they announced a tournament mode as free dlc but so far as I'm aware, there hasn't been any confirmations of the mode taking out gems.
