You get the feeling? Ofcourse this wouldn't have happened if the characters weren't on the disc because there wouldn't be anything to "hack" in the first place.
Isn't it the exact opposite of this? Granted Kojima really cracked the western audience with MGS but in all fairness and honesty it's the fact that Japanese developers are trying too hard to focus on western audiences that is the problem.
Maybe he's talking about games that don't make it out of Japan but in all fairness, I see very little coming out of Japan lately which excites me and I generally love Japanese style games. Off the top of my head, with SxT out...
Probably slightly less memorable than most of the games on the list but who remembers Stuntman on the ps2? That's easily the most frustrating game I ever played.
Didn't see it as a personal attack at all mate so no worries there. I agree to an extent with you and think it's taking the piss having us pay for content already on the disc.
However I'm trying to look at it purely as if that it was only added onto the disc to save them money on xbl/psn fees for adding stuff to there. I can see completely where you're coming from however expecting them to suddenly turn nice and offer them for free when everyone knows many ma...
Haters seriously going to hate but come on 1600 msp for 12 new characters is a good price. I hate the disc locked content as much as anyone but you can't honestly say 1600 msp for 12 characters is a bad price.
Lmao seeing that guy pull off the infinite on the cross counter invitational stream made my night last night.
$20 for the 12 characters isn't a bad price but forcing us to wait for the vita version for them to be unlocked is still taking the piss. Other DLC doesn't bother me but it's good to see they've gave a tentative release frame for the online sound bug fix.
Ok then WoW's cataclysm patch then.. that was far far far bigger than this 1.2 patch and free.
Blazblue was sucessful outside of tournament play. If you didn't play online or have a bunch of friends to play with, you actually had something to do with the single player and a great story.
You compare that to the awful single player of Capcom games or even Soul Calibur 5 and Blazblue is a hugely successful game.
I honestly thought with MK's success, other developers like Capcom and Namco would take note of just how great the single player of that ...
Largest free update in MMO history? I think Eve devs/fans would have something to say about that.
Hope this comes to EU/US psn
Not even Capcom could possibly release a new edition of SxT and then boast about those 12 characters.. I mean people have such a low opinion of them now, that would cause a HUGE shitstorm if they did that.
CS:GO was always going to be garbage. As a former competitive cs player I can feel the pro players pain but we live in the COD generation of casual trash where everyone wants to be able to pick the game up and feel awesome.
The moment valve said they wanted to cater to casual gamers I just knew the game would be awful. Then again I'd laugh to see those COD kiddies who spend their time laming it up in the corner with a heartbeat sensor attempt to play 1.6 and to see how mu...
Seeing as nobody else has said it yet BUUUUT.. don't worry there is always super/ultimate edition around the corner!
The day the world is ready for a concept like Milo will be a sad sad day.
The picture used in this article sums up the current Microsoft perfectly imho. Why not use actual iconic characters that got them where they are at today in the celebration picture? Nope instead we get some crappy Avatars "expressing" their happiness.
Or trade in at gamestation and use their match it price on trade ins quoting CEX prices. Then you get CEX prices + a quid extra.
But they have time to add exclusive characters for the ps3 and over 10 characters to charge more money for... nice one Crapcom.
Sort of agree but only as I'm an Ibuki player. SxT is a LOT of fun though and well worth the money I paid.
Wow that thing looks really ugly.
