Yes 1.5 million is pretty poor. That's 1.5 million across two platforms with a combined installed base of at least 100 million at the time. Considering how similar games like DMC and GoW and NG sold, Bayonetta did poorly. If you think it was a success, why were there no takers for the game? Platinum had to dredge the bottom of the barrel to get Nintendo of all companies to back it.

I'm not sure if you realize this but companies like to mak...

It's not that it's too adult per se but the demographic is definitely wrong. The game sold pretty poorly on the PS3 and 360 combined where 3rd party action games thrive. So I'm not sure what Nintendo was thinking by putting the sequel on their console. At least the game exists though.

Clearly people who frequent sites like this obviously have internet, but that doesn't mean everybody else in the rest of the world does too. Studies have shown that about 25% of the PS3 and 360 audience have never connected to the internet. Now you say, 25 out of 100 people isn't a big deal right? But the 360 sold 75 million units. 25% of 75 million is 18.75 million. You don't think that's a lot of people without internet?

Considering the absolutely abysmal online infrastructure of the WiiU, saying it has free online is a pretty pathetic bullet-point.

Based on the PS4/XB1 specs, the WiiU should be priced at $200 max, which is about what the PS3/X360 will likely drop to.

Just take a look at a spec sheet and see how woefully underpowered the WiiU is in comparison to the PS4/XB1. There is no debate.

In fact, Amazon is selling PS3 500GB bundles that includes a copy...

They look like they're running on a high-end PC because that's exactly what they were running on. They're not even running on vidcards that are in retail units of the XB1. They're running on Nvidia cards.

It's been proven by numerous sources that all XB1 demos at E3 were running on high end PCs while PS4 demos were all running on actual PS4 devkits.

lol, why am I not surprised. At least 3 people got it though :D

I don't get the fervor over whether it'll get a sequel or not. Even if it does get a series of sequels, it doesn't invalidate THIS game. The Matrix is one of my favourite movies of all time and yet, even though I didn't like the sequels and didn't think they needed to exist, it doesn't change my opinion of the first movie.

So if they make a sequel and you're not interested, don't play it. It's not really something to debate over. And obviou...

I suggest you protest by not buying a PS4 until this travesty is remedied.

You're actually equating a harmless led light to potential breach of personal privacy? Ok there. Glad we have our logic caps on tonight.

What are they upset about? They could have been playing the game for potentially a full year before the steam release. It's not like this version is any different.

The adapter isn't free. So technically not BC audio right out of the box.

They already backtracked on how pivotal and revolutionary an always online and digital world would be. I HIGHLY doubt they'll say, "Kinect 2.0? Nah you don't really need it despite us saying how important it is. Here's an XB1 for $400 minus the kinect."

It's not sharing with 10 people. It's sharing with up to 10 family members. They made a clear distinction between friends and family members which means it's probably IP based. Share with up to 10 family members that are on the same public IP or IP range.

I really don't know how many times Sony has to say it. The PS4 does not have any inherent DRM features like the XB1. Sony is leaving it up to the publishers JUST LIKE THEY DID WITH THE PS3. Is it really that hard to comprehend?

MS on the otherhand, built-in DRM features such as the 24hr authentication, the installing of games and tying it to your XBL profile. The friendslist requirement. The same IP address for game sharing with family members. Making deals with retailer...

This explains the fallacy of MS's PR claims.

There's too much latency for any real cloud computing at this point in time. You're not going to be able to calculate anything worthwhile through the cloud.

No it's not the same thing. Xbone has DRM BUILT-INTO it. You are REQUIRED to authenticate every 24hrs. That's system-level DRM. You can only lend your game ONCE. That's system-level DRM. If you want to sell your game at retail, you need to follow a set of pre-determined rules and retailers. That's system-level DRM.

The PS4 DOES NOT HAVE ANY BUILT-IN DRM. Just like the PS3, if pubs want to force the use of activation codes/online passes, it's up to them. S...

My question is, doesn't SE owe Sony an exclusive FF game? I would assume Sony paid them for it so is SE just giving the money back or what? I don't know how the business side of things work.

Sony paid Rockstar for an exclusive which was LA Noire. But then it became multiplatform so they were going to make The Agent exclusive instead. But that's nowhere to be seen. Weird how things (don't) work.

You actually get driveclub and 3 indie games on launch day for PS4. People should have expected Sony to charge for MP. You should be grateful it was free this gen. They see how much money MS is raking in and those servers don't pay for themselves. I'm already a PS+ member so no big deal for me. PS+ more than pays for itself. You'll recoup the fee on launch day!
