The big sony exclusives sell just as well as the 3 exclusives on xbox, Halo, Gears, and Forza. Just look at the numbers for God of War, Uncharted, Gran Turismo, LittleBigPlanet.
Games like Twisted Metal, Sly 4, Starhawk, Warhawk wouldn't have sold appreciably better had they put crazy marketing dollars behind it. They're all mediocre to merely good games. Sony would be stupid to waste more than they need to in trying to push those titles.

Nothing really changed as a result of that nintendo direct. Tired old nintendo IPs coming to the 3DS. What a revelation. People who have 3DSs are happy about the tired IPs. People who didn't care about the 3DS didn't have their minds changed by the announcement of tired old nintendo IPs.

GoW:A has added a bunch of new combat mechanics, increased the scale, increased the spectacle, improved the animations even further, using a new artstyle, and the game actually looks better than GoW3 which is astounding.
Not to mention the addition of a full-fledged MP mode.

Aren't online purchases non-taxable? It's not just PSN. I bought Diablo 3 from Blizzard and wasn't charged tax. Bought GW2 from ArenaNet and no tax. lol, and how can anyone possibly disagree with what I said?
It's actually $12.80 cheaper for me because I don't pay tax on PSN. If I bought retail, it'd be $67.79.
Yeah and what happened with the DS? The vast majority of games use the second screen for inventory or maps. The small handful of interesting games doesn't validate having it. Same with the 3DS. How many games are out right now that utilizes 3D in a meaningful way other than simple depth perception? I would rather have a single larger screen.

Even if sony puts a touchscreen on the controller, it still doesn't validate nintendo's decision on the wiiu. It's still a gimmicky idea that has no real purpose other than having a map or inventory on it, that drives up the price of the hardware.
Even if MS and Sony implement touchscreens, I'm still against it.
I'd rather look at my inventory/map on the TV where I'm looking already, than take my eyes off of the screen to look down at...
What does the addition of MP have to do with you playing and enjoying the SP for a series that you're supposedly a fan of?
Is it because you don't want to play MP to get a 1000 achievement points/platinum? Then simply don't try for it.
It's really puzzling to me why people would forego buying a game because it has an optional MP mode added to it.
And there'll be a 50% chance that it'll actually work properly too.
They don't deserve recognition. All they've done so far are 2 mediocre games in Heavenly Sword and Enslaved.
