Spread themselves too thin because of the campaign? The campaign is incredibly short, I would have like longer but to each their own. I don't own it yet (waiting on other games I want more and a price drop on this one), I would like to see my own stats, and I hope there's plenty of maps to satisfy me.
I had a few friends and my manager at the time try to bother me into playing the Division, but it just seemed to go down hill since launch.
@BurnEsauX
There's a few MMOs I'd like to play this gen but they often seem deeply flawed, I really wanted to like Destiny but it gets alot of mixed reviews and after playing it at a friend's house, it seems like it has too many flaws for my taste. Titanfall 2, Overwatch and Battlefield 1 seem to be the be...
I wish the ending was better, the plot was ramping up and the final episode didn't pan out very well (it drops alot of plot points).
I was honestly worried about this game based on what I heard about the beta, so it's good that reviews are positive.
I tried a unit at a friend's house, I wasn't really happy with it, than again, I tend to have high expectations, I think I would be happier if it had a higher resolution. I wasn't impressed but I didn't think too highly of the samsung VR either.
The game is a technical mess, they really should fix all the bugs and crashes before they do anything else with it.
I have to agree, I've seen better months for PlayStation, although I'm surprised they didn't include World of Final Fantasy because the series almost always a big deal when a new entry is released. Titanfall could be good or it could be bad, based on the Beta players feedback I don't have high expectations anymore so I'll be holding off and waiting to see what the fallout is like.
Would have been better if there wasn't alot of technical issues that brake the game.
I have the money to do high end gaming on PC and I just found it too problematic (I blame the developers for this one). Console gaming is just easier because I'm less likely to have to wait for a patch to play the game and it's less likely to break on console (for obvious reasons since developing for consoles is easier than PC hardware).
Would have been almost perfect if it didn't have a ridiculous number of technical issues that stop you from enjoying the game...
This is why I regret getting back into PC gaming, with Steam dominating and PC games being buggy (god Doom was terrible and now it's broken for most people). I've always had a consistantly good experience with Playstation consoles (I could say the same for Nintendo and to a lesser extent Microsoft).
Yeah, I think that sometimes, some series get way too many sequels/prequels and then the quality declines or it feels like they just kinda go in the wrong direction (Halo, Final Fantasy, Devil May Cry, ect...).
Persona games are defiantly long games, the FES edition of P3 can generally clock in at under 100 hours if you don't rush through it.
I will be looking into getting a 50" 4k TV at some point, I think that gives me the best pixel density without overwhelming my living room with a huge TV.
From personally experience, PC gaming always seems to have more issues than console gaming. I own a decent gaming pc and monitor and I find PC gaming more disappointing, great when it works well, not so much when it doesn't (I'm looking at you Doom).
I haven't finished the first either, the clunkieness puts me off a little but the story and characters are very appealing.
I'm really looking forward to the new Final Fantasy but I think Persona 5 will be a much stronger game overall. Plus the track record of previous FFs and the development history of FF15 worries me even though I played the demos. I've got my finger crossed that both will be good but I'm sure Persona 5 will be a better game even of FF sells more and wins awards.
EDIT: I'm still buying both on release day.
So I noticed on the demo (it was very noticeable), I would've have preferred they eased up on the details, even though Final Fantasy is well known for it's impressive graphics.
Can't they just make it a straight 900p with a consistent 30fps? I could live with that unless a PC port is available any time soon.
I wouldn't mind hearing what they changed, the game got ragged out badly during the beta (I'm picking the game up eventually).
