The REAL Nintendo fans of us dont want anymore catsuit Marios, Amiibo's, or anymore sugary kiddie crap. We KNOW Nintendo can make an Immersive, 3D Mario title for the NX that raises the bar again for 3D game presentation just like Super Mario 64 did all those years ago. If Nintendo wants that same success and publicity, to set the tone they need to make a Visually rich, atmospherically dense (dont have peach running around with you because then what tension is there? who is there to save?...
4K is such a gimmick. Would rather use that rez and power for headtracked glasses free 1080p 3D at 60FPS per eye with crazy fidelity than a 2D screen with more pixels and a crap framerate.

Yup pretty much what I would want from a new 3D sonic game as well. All post-adventure sonics have crap running momentum and jumping on enemies is pretty much automatic which is boring as hell. Atleast let ME decide where my homing attack is gonna land without a cursor doing it for me, and please only have the characters that grind have soap shoes or hoverskates on (DONT HAVE CHARACTERS THAT CAN GRIND IF THEY ONLY HAVE NORMAL SHOES ON)
Hope it does have that rumored 3D gimmick. MH just means their new "mobile handheld" which could have higher rez 3D or any number of things. to say its gonna be an extension of the NX just because its also 2 letters that you dont know what they mean is dumb to say at this point.

me too. I like games from all companies/systems even if I cant afford them all but if a company is fucking up I call them out on it plain and simple.
What Nintendo needs to do is take it to the NEXT level again just like 3D in the 64 era with a launch NX Mario game that looks COOL to the millenials/gen Xers and everyone in between that bought the N64. They need next level physics, animations and graphics engines. they need to go from this:

Are you saying that a Cool, Atmospherically dense Mario title isnt possible in this generation given that Mario64 had way more "maturity" than SM3DW? because Mario 64 had pretty creepy and macabre vibes in the big boo's mansion level and the haunting/ominous music from the final bowser stage was better and more engrossing than any first party experience/game on the WiiU without being rated M. go figure..
