i mean, it's an *RPG. rpgs *ARE THE STORY. if the story falls apart, or isn't compelling, then there's NO REASON to play the RPG, no matter how competent the other areas of the story are.

i'm a huge Playstation 3 fanboy, honestly, but i don't think you should get rid of your X Box 360.
there's a handful of worthwhile games coming out this year that will be worth holding onto the system for.

here's my experience with Uncharted: i have gone through it *FIVE TIMES.
i beat it on Normal. that took about 9:29 minutes
i played through a second time to collect medals. that took another 8:29 minutes.

i don't know his reasons, but you have to consider the *WHOLE picture.
1.) Maybe, honestly, he couldn't *AFFORD the Premium or Elite 360 models ($300 for the Arcade/Core, vs $400 for the Premium, and $450 for the Elite).
2.) Microsoft *SAID that Arcade/Core users wouldn't have to worry about issues like this. they *LIED to their consumers, and now the trusting X Box 360 Core/Arcade owner is paying the price, literally and figuratively.

the Black, White, and Silver PS3's at the E3 where they first showed off PS3 games (it was my second E3, i think, and i got to play Heavenly Sword, Resistance, Warhawk, and a few other PS3 titles).
personally, i really loved the Black and White one, but i didn't care too much for the Silver one. not that it was ugly or anything, but i guess i just don't really like Silver in general. the White one looks great though.
having been a gamer for a long time, i've noticed the importance of having larger storage media in some capacity for a console.
