"Who wants to play with dolls anyway?"
"They're not dolls...they're ACTION FIGURES!!!"
If you aren't 'familiar with a controller' you shouldn't have a games console.
"it is easy to forget about the game that started it all – Uncharted: Drakes Fortune"
Not at all, the first was just as good as the second. It's not like it was released that long ago. And the '2' in Uncharted 2 sort of hints at the fact that there was an Uncharted '1' that started it off...
LOL
So you mean the AI doesn't take advantage when the player is in a vulnerable position?
PSVita isn't a bad name... PSV has a good ring to it, and it sounds like PS3. If you wanna talk about bad names, talk about how the brilliant World of Deceit title was changed. Drake's Fortune, Among Thieves then World of Deceit. Great trilogy of names, but oh no...had to change it.
The rest is spot on though.
Just playing through Saboteur now, fantastic game. Reminds me of the old GTAs but set in WW2. Forgot how much fun killing Nazis was.
Ha, people don't buy consoles based on the things you listed...they (the normal people who play COD and Fifa - the main target market) buy consoles based on what is cool at the time - Xbox360 in US and UK right now.
@sin151
Correlation does not imply causation...
For me what makes the game so great is the combination of the modern day sci-fi and the historic and epic locations...if either was missing all it would have was good graphics and gameplay with no exciting story to keep you coming back.
If there wasn't a cliff hanger and a sense of building up to a big ending I would not be interested in Revelations...since the Assassins and Templars story is so enthralling, I can't wait for revelations...

Check out "Gameswipe" on youtube by charlie Brooker if you liked this article.
He's a funny guy :D
Not all gamers are nerds and I never said I wasn't a nerd...
Yeh I don't think I would have enjoyed it as much without move.
I meant offline coop lol, I honestly couldn't work out how to play 2 player offline coop without multiple attempts and after looking online. A simple "2-player" option would have sufficed!
ARGGH, there's a giant pink bear in my living room!!!
I got RE5 Gold Edition at about christmas time, and it was my first RE game. I think this gave me an advantage as it had nothing to live up to.
The Move controls were great, I actually tried using a normal controller and found things to be too clunky and too difficult to aim. Motion controls were built for a game like this. I was sceptical about not being able to run and shoot, which is what stopped me getting into RE4, but I gave it another try and it works great for the typ...
Don't worry, it's not real.
Wow, this article is complete bullshit...seriously, read it again and take off the rose tinted spectacles. Poorly written, anti-xbox drivel. For a start he said there was no queue when he went back to the shop... British people not queueing!!!! That's unheard of! We love a good queue, therefore false story.
Only joking but really, who would riot for simply getting another copy of a video game anyway and if they had none left they'd just get a refund and buy it somewh...
Anyone else find the idea of playing a Bond game with the main character being an actor a little strange. I would much prefer a unique bond who doesn't remind me of the assassin monk from Elizabeth or Mrs Doubtfire's nemesis.
