Looking on the back of the case to find Meryl's frequency was incredible at the time. I agree. I don't understand why the people who just play CoD and Fifa every year (which is quite a lot of console owners) would choose xbox over ps3.
For everyone else you can just choose the console which has the most interesting games or get both if you fancy it but if you just want to play Fifa online you can do that for about half the price on ps3...

Perfect example of how patriotism can sometimes lead to nationalism, segregation and anger towards fellow humans.
I like my country, like living here, like the people, am proud of some of the achievements of other people from here...but I hate propaganda and patriotism. Patriotism is choosing to remember the good things and forget the bad things, for example, most American Indians would not agree that the invaders were noble freedom fighters.
But every game is like this nowadays. Almost none are like the original splinter cell games. I'd be more interested if it went back to the old style, which is why I'm gonna get the hd collection instead.
I was never even a fan of the original splinter cell games but you could tell they were special. Sad to see a game series change from what made it unique.

Fair point if more animations are required for multiplayer. I know like pretty much nothing about mocap and animation but I was under the impression that the same animations can be used on different character models? And often the same animations are used for characters of different height/sex?
