even TV's that can display that resolution? How much would they cost? Will OLED be able to do this?

Why not COD4 or Burnout or DMC4. I bet were soon to see GTA4 look equal on both too. Fact of the matter is that good majority of the multiplat games are built on the 360 first. It still has a larger install base and developers are still hesitant to code correctly on the PS3.

I don't think this article should be reported or taken down but, it rather apparent that it isn't written from a fair standpoint.

You’re the oldest person trading in games at GameStation, It's been days, not hours since you last switched on your console(I usually play three days out of the week), You fondly remember a ‘golden age’ of gaming.

Those three apply to me. I still consider myself pretty hardcore though. So does everyone else I know.

People from both sides are acting like little kiddies. I intentionally didn't post something in the last thread that had anything to do with the thread itself.

Even if one version is mildly better then the other, who gives a rats ass. It's not going to make a damn bit of difference unless it largely different which it won't be.

Buy the damn game for the system that you own. If you own both, buy the damn game because of other factors such as DLC, Friends you want to...

I pay more for two beers at a bar that lasts me 45 minutes. My only gripe is with Infinity Ward and Activision. Their support for the PS3 has been abysmal. The networking issues blow too.

- consistent lag
- can't invite anyone I want unless they're PSN friends(RFOM let me invite people I just met and let me have a separate friends list)
- crappy matchmaking
- crappy mic support
- crappy patch that didn't fix the host issues
- no f'ing RUMBLE PATCH! ...

is more than just your average Joe. He's a stingy average joe who doesn't even know what the difference between 720p/1080i/1080p are. He saw my TV and a Blu-Ray movies and wants in.

Los Angeles of Souther California in the US. Is there still a chance that I can get one? How would I do it? I want to pre-order anyway.

the COD4 map packs. I think I'll still get them though.

You hear me? lol

Shop on amazon. I don't know how many times I've told people this. I just bought "I am Legend" for 18 bucks. I've never payed anything close to the 30 price tag you see at retail stores.

Everyone I've showed a BD movie too wants an HDTV and a player. This article is absolute trash.

what were we talking about again?

another analysis saying the same things. BD will rely on the PS3 for at least another year. Stand alone players need to come down in price. Once that happens, coupled with more HDTV's a shift will start and dependency will lessen.

it's rather featureless right now. No trophies, No war-rooms for games, arcades aren't up to par. It's sort of just bare bones dry. I think you and friends can launch into a game from home but, I don't know how consistently. I would much rather them improve the thing before the let everyone try it out.

First impressions are huge. Most people won't understand the concept of a BETA either.

It's opinion. Stop being so touchy people. At least this was an effort in neutrality.

toughNAME ... I don't think you're giving resistance enough credit. Although I know you weren't too fond of the first one, but I don't see why you're bringing Gears into this. KZ2 is going to blow everyone away too. Mark my words. I just have this feeling. Everything else was spot on. I think Haze might be more of a flop then you though.

XMB will fix some of them but, they way COD4 is set up, I can't invite someone to a party unless they are friends on my PSN. RFOM let you invite anyone and had a separate friends list apart from the PSN. Then there is the lag issue. XMB ain't fixen that. Nor will it fix the a host leaving the game. The patch was SUPPOSED to fix that but never did. The support that activision and IW are giving COD4 is abysmal at best.

Honestly ... it really does upset me too. I really love playin...

who develops COD5 or any game after. If they don't fix the network issues I don't think I would buy the game again. I mean really ... the match making sucks. The lag sucks. The support sucks. The patch sucked (at least for PS3). No interest in putting Rumble in. The mic system sucks. There is a total lack of a friend making system (ala RFOM). One can't even invite people they just saw (ala RFOM). All of this coupled with the fact that they made money hand over fist with COD4.
