On topic ... Gears 2 should totally rock. It looks like the devs are addressing every issue people had with the first iteration. I honestly can't wait for E3 this year. If it doesn't implode, its going to kick so much ass.
That's funny ... I thought it would be the other way around. At least it was for me. I've been watching them from day one and feel lucky that we're finally getting content. It would seem to me that the people who got a PS3 later would be spoiled a little and expect more.

hard metal gear fan and, get a major hard on for grey PS3's, this is a little over priced. I'm sure it will sell as it's supposed to be limited but, if I wanted a PS3 with this game, I would just get the Sony bundle with the 80 gig.

This goes beyond intestinal fortitude. This is downright suicidal. Somehow, I doubt this is true. If, this does hold water, this would easily be one of the stupidest things MS could do.

Trading Money for ingame assets degrades the quality of the MMO. So, in principle, I'm not for any sort of real money transactions in online MMO's.
Still ... I can't think of ONE game that doesn't have it. It's just that these people sell the ingame money/assets illegally. They camp spawn points, farm all the valuable monsters and such. Not only does this saturate the game with unearned money and items, it also makes it hard for honest people to make a buck.

I would buy Bioshock. If they're making the first one for the PS3, then it's pretty much a guarantee the sequel/prequel will also come. I would want to play the first one to catch up to speed.
Plus its a wonderful game. It's going to look great (not like an old PS2/xbox game). If it has all the extra content with a slight upgraded look, I'll be stoked.
Funny thing about that is, that gives both sides the ability to slant their PR in their favor.
