I don't think it is MS's gain. If anything and I think a lot of people making the news have failed to notice the flipside. The PSN outage gave a lot of gamers a rude awakening on how vital PSN is and its online functions.
MS didn't see an increase of 360 sales, PS3 still outsold the 360 WW and if anything it should be quite worrying that SOny was dragged through the dirt and still came out fighting and handled it as well as they did.

Snatcher 2 Exclusive, PS3 Price Drop, GOW4 teaser (hopefully normadic mythology), Sony tablet intergration with PS3 where you can use the touch screen on the Tablet to navigate the xmb and other things, Eight Days, the NGP as a decent price and some new features for the PS3.
It would be awesome if it got a new browser, a games video channel instead of shit like pulse and qore and if the PS3 was able to make Mountain Dew and Welches Grape...

I think everyone enjoys going mental at them. From what the store was back in the days as Electronics Boutique and what it has become under GAME, it is shameful.
I remember how they used to buy 2nd hand games and then in the back of the store have them re-sealed in plastic to sell them of as new as supposed to pre owned.
not only is GAME a rip off, but the worst thing is the staff. Most these guys know jack about video games and on top of being clueless, when they get caught out, they try to cover it up with some more BS.
