Played it in Jan / Feb after one of the updates. Played it from start to end with the odd crash. Crashed far less than Godfall had stutters and crashes. Maybe I got lucky, maybe it's because I played on a PS5. But I loved it and can't wait to play it again with the next gen update.
I enjoyed it more than Rage 2, GTA5, Borderlands 3, Outer world's and many other FPS's I've played or open world games.
It's a shame they couldn't r...
I remember the NES one which was a one of Donkey Kong. Wonder if this will be the same or similar.
Same. Absolutely loved it and thought it was one of the most creative and fun games. People didn't get or like the Dick jokes but I thought it was so fun, lighthearted and didn't take itself too seriously.
People complimented DmC for being creative with bosses, but a lot of the great boss ideas were taken from this and Lollipop Chainsaw. Both Suda games.
Shit show of an article really. Sony never said they won't make cross gen games, they only said they believe in generations. The idiot media then and now are doing the crazy reaching thinking "we believe in generations" equals no next gen games on their other consoles.
Their response was essentially to MS who said they don't believe in generations as they were going to release every game across the family of Xbox consoles (how they had described it). Esse...
Looks like a FPS Just Cause. Blow generic shit up, rinse and repeat.
I want a new Deadnation.
We don't know what these figures are without context. Phil and MS are really good at this.
The $180mil revenue a month means nothing if we don't know if it is profit loss or break even.
20% more money on gaming overall, how would they know this? Do they know how much these people spend on other systems? What if someone only paid COD so only spent £50 a year, but since they got gamepass they are fall I to the 20% more spend now.
Not sure about bargain, but I would it hard to believe that Doom didn't turn a profit. We know it sold 3 million copies in a month which is £150million revenue.
What we don't know is net profit which is ultimately what matters. How did it cost to make, market and post launch work costs minus tax.
Combat is amazing and reminds me of the old God of War games. Light on story and adventure but just pure unadulterated combat.
Really enjoying it so far.
Android central mislead their readers by making them think they know what their talking about.
Looks like someone ain't watched the Yakuza adaptation by legendary Takashi Miike.
No RTJ makes this list a huge fail.
You're so right in my case. At the reveal it was a huh... Yeah I can live with this, its not bad, it's kinda nice.
Waking up this morning I wanted to see it again and again and it's grown on me massively.
It's a bit like eating an olive for me. Didn't like it the first time u ate one, or the second, but it grew on me and wanted more and more.
N4G needs an update where you can shitlist certain sites and the people who approved it. That way, even if some idiot approves clickbait, it won't show up on your screen at all.
I'm abit unsure of his statement. Uncharted made Nolan North famous and it was a regular gig for him. No doubt Nolan is looking for the next big thing since he hasn't had anything that was as big as Uncharted since it came to an end. If this is anything like Anthem it ain't going to go down too well and at the moment I'm really hoping they improve the graphics and we see more gameplay.
Playstation built its empire during the PS1 by bringing the most popular arcade games into the home. Games like Tekken, Street Fighter, Ridge Racer, Time Crisis, Soul Calibur and others.
These people were not casuals. Playing in the arcade was as hardcore as it can get. Playstation brought this home and made it easier to access for everyone.
They make money from services, software and accessories. Therefore the more consoles you sell the more:
1) the more services you can provide for a fee,
2) the more software you can sell,
3) the more accessories you can sell.
MS has lost sales on:
1) accessories
2) services and
3) software
If console sales didn't matter, they wouldn't bother selling consol...
I think they supported the device enough but the fans didn't buy into it. Think of the games they released to support the device:
1) uncharted golden abyss
2) tearaway
3) escape plan
4) gravity rush
5) resistance
6) kill one mercenaries
7) PASBR
8) Soul Sacrifice
9) unit 13
10) wipeout
11) everybodys golf
There were many other great games as well as it being perf...
It wasn't a great game. It had boring far too easy linear platforming sections, combat felt way too easy and the story and dialogue was cliché and bad.
The only thing it had going for itself was the use of neon and some decent boss designs. The crazy thing that reviewers forgot to mention was that the best bosses in the game were ripped off straight from Suda51 games like Lollipop Chainsaw and Shadows of the Damned, so u can't really give them credit for that. ...
