That Playstation Move was originally patented in 2005. So much for Sony copying Nintendo.

You really can't count burnout because of the fact it was not shown to the public but behind closed doors.
Move on the other hand has MORE THAN 1 DEMO. There are a TON of demos and most are pre-alpha.

Rygar was a pitiful game. Yes it had similar action sequences but it was more of a b-rated God of War. The fact is that the narrative was god aweful, the storytelling was abysmal, and the voiceovers had no emotion.
