4p split-screen co-op because I do not play these games for the story. GeoW:J was the most fun I've had in awhile since it the gameplay variety assumes you've played the previous games and that is what made it fun.
I know right? Her japanese is scary-good. Nee-sa~aan!
Were you playing at 12x10? lol
If they can render their cutscenes in a higher frames than 30, I'm all for that and that's worth a re-purchase on top of the other work.
Maybe not in the literal sense, but 3D Passive tech as a substitute for split-screen gaming has huge market-potential.
If Mario Kart 8 has the classic 4p split-screen: I'm in.
I can only imagine what Hengsha would look like with all that reflective goodness.
I just remembered Killzone 2's reflective mud. Haha...'so shiny you can eat off it!'
As for the gameplay: it's been like that since MGS3. With Splinter-Cell, especially Conviction, the gameplay flat-out devolved from stealth to action. At least in this game, and MGS3 onward can be argued you can run through the whole game in a stealth-like fashion if you wanted to without the experience feeling artificially-different.
Kiefer, yeah. Very questionable choice. Kiefer should've voiced Sam instead TBQH. At least in games like Blacklist it would've made...
I would've been more interested in a last-gen comparison. I already know the PS4/XB1 would look nicer. It would've been more interesting to see a PS3 comparison of MGS4 and MGS5.
It's like Mass Effect 3 all over again when Mac Walters took over the writing for that game after Drew Karpyshyn left.
Violent video game makers won't be able to feed their violent video game families and violent video game children.
It's going to happen to Respawn and Crytek as well. Anyone who touches EA turns to....well
The idea the article was getting across was that people buy games they're truly not interested in for the sake of brand-loyalty and nothing more.
In case anyone wanted to have a decent discussion: it's a good point. If you truly loved a game, you'd play it over again and again: in-fact, I'm doing that with Metal Gear Rising right now. I still play Left 4 Dead 2 to this day specifically because it's just that fun. Metal Gear Solid 5 Ground Zero is betting ...
Maybe CI Games' strategy of introducing mediocre games at a lower price is working. Their previous work Alien Rage and Sniper Ghost Warrior had uninspiring gameplay, but looked good. I guess people could support that kind of quality.
Something I can't understand is the fact that neither game since UNS2 has really changed its engine, so why can't things like this simply be sold as DLC? Overtime, the collection of DLCs can be shipped on discs. This is basically Narutime from Gamecube days.
I don't get it. Both of you are saying the same thing.
Isn't that a double-edges sword scenario? Games that use darker images will benefit from the power savings, but games that use brighter images will cost more power compared to LCD tech.
I love OLED quality pictures because I'm so used to the black levels and punchy colors. But for games that use static images like menus and health-bars;The burn-in effect will be nasty. On my Moto X phone: I'm conscious about leaving the screen on because I don't want burn-in.
You do know that Marty was let go because he was asking for too much money right???
