I meant the detail of the forest looking area once the get outside. It looks like there's a lot of detail (foliage). Plus there's shadows from the tree leaves above.
Yeah, "fanboys" are still completely downing this game for glitches that all that reviewers so far have claimed don't spoil the fun enough to be an issue, and "at $15, this game is a steal."
I hope they at least inspire more game companies to create these "budget" titles (arcade/PSN) that are close to retail releases, like Battlefield before it.

I got those and i wasn't an "early adopter" Plus my 80Gb ps3 is more reliable than the 60Gb ones. (ylod sufferers tend to be 60Gb PS3 owners the most)

Every game would be best if built from the ground up around it's hardware capabilities. In a perfect gaming world there would be no "ports". Money is the major issue here.
Res5 and Street Fighter 4 were some okay ports so hopefully a trend like that continues were there isn't much room for complaint.

That Uncharted 1 demo really bit them in the a$$. The demo made the game less interesting and fun for me. It was like a tutorial only at first and then had some random fight in the jungle that i still wasn't good enough to beat.
Everyone saying that the game is great is why they were able to pull above that but just imagine how much better it would have sold had there been a proper demo.

I REEEEALLY should go to bed right now, the conference starts in 7hrs. I can't believe all these rumors will finally be settled (ah-gin!). It seemed like this day would never come and it's only 7hrs away, i cant friggin wait.
Though it could also mean a ton of negative twist on positive news or disappointment towards the things that sony never claimed they'd be doing yet were rumored to high h3ll since a week after E3 (week after E3 the price drop rumors started again).
As far as the PS3 itself is concerned the HDMI cables make a HUGE difference in what is seen. Do you have a PS3? You could test it yourself, i'm not sure why sony designed the system this way but they did.
At the very least, an HDMI cable is a lot cleaner looking/more organized and efficient than component cables simply because it's one cable line, not a five split.
