As for the Steam Machines, they're basically PCs that you can't upgrade. Seeing as they'll have multiple models with different specs and prices (most likely), I do think they'll be noticeably higher in price than the next gen consoles.

Look at GTAIV and compare it to GTA5 on the current gen consoles.
The world in GTAV is much bigger, but the graphics are much better as well.

As for the gameplay VS cutscene thing, it makes me really happy that it was shifted to the PS4. It's way easier to develop for than the PS3 and of course more powerful meaning it can handle a lot more for this epic game.

Thank you ZeroCrossing! Especially IGN. On top of that, most game reviewers give great reviews and scores to games that are absolute shit (Black Ops 2 pissed me off so much). I don't like the fact that Japanese devs are more concentrated on mobile gaming and it's mainly because of this. I just hope that Japanese devs get more into consoles again. Especially after games like KH3.

I'm a console mainly guy and I don't think the PC market is really struggling. As to whether this'll hurt the PC market, I'm not sure of. The guys who love the upgradable function to the PC will most definitely stay with it, but who knows? It depends if the Steam Box is upgradable (you can bet it won't be) or if valve intends to make successors to the Steam Box, with high quality specs.
