Sweet. Looking at the screenshots it seems he has a new moveset.
I agree that paying for the online is a pain in the butt. But I guess Sony just wants to expand the service.
Plus, MS trashed Sony quite a lot back when the PS3 came out. But I'm not really bothered about these statements.
There's no forced camera and I'm good with that.
Sony didn't fund FFXV. I'm just saying. You don't really need to worry anyway, as it'll sell way more on the PS4. So much so that FFXV-2 will probably BE an exclusive.
I'm not really bothered about it. At least we're getting the game. Third part exclusives are good and all, but I'd rather see Square go multiplatform with that game and KH3 than lose any money. Like I said, they're bound to going back to being PS4 exclusives anyway.

I actually have a gaming PC. A pretty decent one at that. I just play on consoles mainly.
I'm not complaining that the SteamOS is upgradable. I'm just saying that the average consumer does not want to put any more effort than 'plug and play'.
Licensing issue are a huge problem with cross overs. Due to this, localization is hard as hell. It's to the point that I was surprised that the west got Project X Zone.
That does seem like the case so far.
It's a support character. A support character. It doesn't take 200,000 bucks after the previous goal to put in a support character. That thing should've been in the game from the original funding goal. And @cocowolf, I know that.
I know I'm gonna get disagrees, but a support character should not be a stretch goal for 3.1 million. That's stupid.
Alright. Let me edit that in.
EDIT: Also, this blog is based off of my perspective.
At least they're not being silent.
I'm not so sure. Isn't China more of a PC place? Plus, I've heard that they bought consoles anyway with the ban in motion anyway. Not as many as they could've, but still.
This doesn't bode well for the XBO. I mean, I know it's a launch title, but 720p is poor. If this happens at launch, the gap will only become wider between the PS4 and XBO.
Explain how they will. They're basically PCs and I don't see a dip in XB1 and PS4 pre-orders. Or do you mean power wise?
Ok. You're not really offending anyone. You're just making yourself look like an idiot.
Just because console gamers are not willing to pay hundreds just for updating hardware on the PC, that doesn't mean they're cretins.
No one here is telling you to go buy a console.
EDIT: @below, a tool? Really?
Anyway, no. I highly doubt that many people on N4G could actually play BF4 at 1080p 60fps on ultra settings as teh PC masta race s...
It's completely stupid to compare a $900+ upgradable PC to a static console. It's completely illogical.
The PS4 won't become outdated anytime soon, but that's not to say this gen should last 10 years.
I just honestly hope the PS4 doesn't get gimped by the XBO.
Even though the PS4 has an X86 architecture, optimisation still has to be done. And you really can't expect rushed cross gen, multiplatform launch games to use the full power of any consol...
I highly doubt any company would be crazy enough to sell games for $90. If they did, they'd sink very VERY fast. You might want to think these corporate giants are a bunch of chimps throwing poop at each other during there lunch breaks, but they are not THAT stupid.
The industry would crash like a plane 4000 feet in the air that just ran out of gas if the big companies did this.
It wouldn't sell on other consoles. They tried an HD Yakuza collection on the Wii U which failed miserably and Japanese games don't do well (if they even get) to the PC.
3rd party exclusives aren't a bad thing. At all.
I know that you don't need to have a Steam Machine to use SteamOS.
And what you said about being stuck to 5-10 year old hardware, you're right, but that's not a more appealing option. You need to spend quite a lot of money in those 10 years just to keep up with games (not yearly). It's not that the average consumer can't afford it, it's that they're not willing to spend that much money on hardware for a gaming platform alone. Which kinda cancels out the wh...
This thing is not gonna pull anyone away from consoles.
The Steam Machines are literally plug in PCs. This isn't the second coming of gaming. You can hardly say that what they're doing is directly opposing consoles.
Sorry, but this 'innovation' is not a megaton. We haven't even seen any prices for the Steam Machines.
Great blog.
I hope this gives a reality check not only Capcom, but the entire Japanese gaming industry.
As it is there are already two things that concept have done that so many other Japanese devs have failed to do:
Localize the game either straight off the bat, or less then a year after.
And not to make games with massive potential on a smartphone.
If you put effort in and don't get your fanbase angry, even with a 2D then you could be sw...
