Sadly I fear It wi be many ofc we won't really know as MS will have contracts for publishing on their hardware that mean devs can't say if it held back the game or not.
Thats abit difference that's just probably the lack of optimisation for pc because if the number of possible hardware combos and perhaps the need for new drivers to be released.

Unlike gt5 and God of war the upgrade from ps4 to pa5 is free and the ps4 version 10 pounds cheaper....
Yeah the rise literally just about keeps pace with inflation. Cobsider that here in the uk and Europe inflation is actually at 5%-7% this year and already that 10 pound increase is quickly going to be eliminated by inflation.
What are you going on about a) you have no idea what games we're and weren't originally ps4 games. It's pretty clear horizon was originally as was god of war. Gran turismo there is some debate there also a racing game is really easy to scale compared to other games. Covid varied god of war and horizon to release way later than they otherwise would have. They aren't going to keep making cross gen games. This is no different to previous generations like god if war 2 which came out in ps2 AFTER ps3 released and gran turismo 6 on ps3 after ps4 launched same for kingdom hearts 1.5 and 2.5 remix which later got a ps4 version, there were other games in this catagory. This time the games got delayed becauae of covid AND they actually bothered with next gen versions they could have kept them as ps4 only titles and just let us all play via backwar...
So print of a copy of the ps5 cover and switch it? The actual box's are the same this gen. I think it's the first generation not to change the shape/size of the box actually...

Spiderman was a deal that arose after marvel games approached Sony and asked them to make a marvel game promising them exclusivity rights if they did. They wanted a high quality game to help push the brand in the gaming space and concluded Sony was best placed to provide this. Sony went to insomniac and insomniac chose spiderman.
It couldn't be a reaction to activision because it was a deal in the work months 1/3rd of thet cost is apparently staff retention which means contracts for 4-5 years were negotiated and agreed with key staff members so the deal would have taken months to sort out.
Apparently 1/3rd of the money is for staff retention on a 4-5 year contract. So clearly part of this was they wanted the staff and their knowledge as much as the company and the games.
Possible but not at all set in stone. Polyphony digital are meticulous with their work and may not want another studio handling a pc port. If they have the resources to port gt7 to pc, continue to support gt7 with new content the way they have gt sport and start their next project is questionable.
They aren't exactly charging you for next gen upgrades above and beyond what you'd pay if you bought the next gen version. Ps4 version 60 dollars, ps5 version 70 dollars. If you buy pa4 version then want the pa5 one you pay the difference of 10bdollars. Think that is more reasonable isn't it than charging all those ps4 players with no ps5 and no plans to get one soon- an extra tenner making the upgrade 'free' but the inferior version of the game the same price as the supe...
Not true at all. If you have a disc copy of a game on PlayStation you do not have to play online. You could in theory buy a ps5 and never connect it to the Internet and it will still work. Unlike an xbox one. Individual games may require you to be online but that is down to the developer You can choose to go digital only on PlayStation but digital is not forced upon you.
