These games should be reviewed by people who have broad knowledge of the world, psychology, politics etc. The casual gamer won't begin to understand the deep story behind everything, and "normal" reviews won't cut it because they focus on 5 pretty static factors.
Bioshock was never exclusive. PC gamers with decent setups all had a better experience playing the game.
The hype isn't as big as some other titles so it shouldn't be hard for a Fable title to live up to anything that people are expecting. Should be an easy task for the developers. A good AA game.
At least the government cares to do something like this.
Distance perspective.

Digital Distribution is the future, but that future is pretty far down the road. Until they can figure out how to conveniently store the data without having to always delete or backup the data, this means of distribution won't work.
Where the hell is the lightsaber sound effect?!
Probably just play the demo. It looks like a good game, but just not my type of thing.
Quite a few multiplatform games in that list.
Gotta hook up that wireless bridge to my 360 to download this one! Been a while since I had to connect to the Live network to download anything.
It's more of an opinion than anything. He likes developing in a DirectX environemtn, that's pretty much what he said.
This is how it'll play out....
XBOX 360 game: x score
Playstation 3 game (port from XBOX 360): y = x-.5
Multiplatform game from scratch on both platforms: a, b = a-.1
XBOX 360 big name exclusive: m
Playstation 3 big name exclusive: = n where n < m
C'est horrible come rapport sur ce jeu. De la merde certainement! haha
lol, watch all these unknown sites start coming up with ratings just to bring down the metascore. It's pathetic.
The 9.9 from IGN already answers the question.
Nothing deserves a 10, GTA IV is no exception. The reason why everyone's up in flames is because people gave GTA IV a 10, which it clearly didn't deserve under normal circumstances. Of course the hype machine and the $$$ machine went rolling out.
This is why reviews with scores deserve to be abolished. Inconsistent, and money is easily used to influence them.
Rumors can be true or false, until proven true or proven false, they're still valid rumors. Insider or not, unless someone can come up with enough evidence to prove it one way than both ways are valid.
They did invite 16 journalists, but those 16 weren't mentioned, so anything's valid.
