The main goal for any company is to make profit.
Edit: lol @ disagree, boy you gotta take some economics. You're in DIRE need of it.
If you don't want it then stop complaining about it.
I was wondering this myself.... Went to browse the UK PSStore when I saw this:
Gameplay Trailer (HDTV 720p)
Description: "Introducing a new PS3 icon - Faith"
Made me wonder.
Because idiots who just complain will keep complaining about the bugs and all that buzz even if they release it now. They're trying to get it as complete as possible to reduce the # of idiots who will complain about their product.
Anybody find it funny how the author fails to mention his sources?
The DS3 isn't included in the 80GB Bundle either.
You guys no nothing about politics and specific nations' product restrictions/procedures of introduction. As SCEE (Sony Computer Entertainment EUROPE) they serve Europe as a WHOLE and not only the UK. Most countries require the hardware/software to be flagged for retail through their government agencies and such before they get into your hands. And as a European serving company SCEE has to wait to be able to serve the MAJORITY of its consumer-base before implementing any products into the mar...
The textures need a bit of work. But the game's looking good so far.
More disappointed with Moore who has yet to show off that he can lead EA to become a decent developer and develop equally for both consoles. Lack of leadership right there.
That also goes for all those silver live subscribers. And non-live subscribers ;)
LOL, and since when does UK=Europe? Man you're such an ignorant fool. Go learn your geography.
The only "beef" I have with this game is the poor coding of the "dynamic" traffic generation code. There's an easy and simple way to see how this code is pretty harsh in the way it spawns new traffic. You can "force" the game to spawn new traffic out of thin air.
To do so:
1. Get into a vehicle, and start to drive
2. While driving, push the right analog stick completely upwards, sending the camera into the overhead view of the car ...
Forgot to mention online only works if you have an HDD and have spent an additional fee to play online.

And Gears of War 2 = Unreal Engine 3. Enough said.
Seriously, "killzone 2 and resistance 2 will still be using the old bullet hole decal system, when gears 2 will be smashing and obliterating walls and buildings", did you not know Killzone 2 also had destructible environments? You've GOT to pay attention to the news, you're clearly ignorant.
@n4user
P2P SUCKS.
Dedicated > P2P
lol @ Gears of War. Unless the owner of the game plaid the extra 50$ to play online, the game absolutely UNDERWHELMED with it's 4.5 hour campaign. It was just a nice game to LOOK AT, nothing more. All those silver members, and members who CANT EVEN ACCESS THE NET to download demos and content (CORE owners, and most Arcade owners) will NEVER experience online play on their consoles unless they fork out $100+ for an HDD or Wi-Fi adapter. Way to alienate the crowd from "next-gen online expe...
Now THAT is realistic lighting.
Way to shove it in Microsoft's face Google! haha
I'm not saying that, I'm just wondering why the description was written as is.
