As far as announced titles, 360 has it. As far as what the companies know, only they know.
As long as it takes. I don't think Sony has any plans to start charging for online play since it's a core functionality of the system and a core function of gaming in general. Charging for something that should be included when you purchase a game is pretty much thievery.
If you can't understand a game, there's no point in reviewing it because all that will come out is BS.

Neither Microsoft nor Square-Enix have declared the game exclusive to ANY platform.
On the topic of SO4, Square-Enix has never declared exclusivity, and neither has Microsoft, they just withheld to mention any other platforms.

It's funny, nobody ever mentioned that that SO4 would be exclusive, not even Microsoft. Plus, it's a Microsoft conference, why would they announce the competitors platform, especially at a Japanese Press Event? That would basically just wipe away anything that the press event had.
Infinite Undiscovery I might pick up, depending on the reviews, I'm always weary on new franchises. The tales game I will probably pick up though ;)
