Unfair would apply to every region except for the U.S. Although you have to realize that it's not entirely in Sony's hands whether or not they can release it or not at a specific time. It's better that some regions have it now rather than delay it so the others can get it as well. We know it's coming, we just have to wait.

Sony can still move more consoles when this game hits. All they have to do is bundle it with Advent Children Complete (Blu-Ray) and Final Fantasy XIII and there you, a guaranteed success at retail... It is also something that the competition can not match since Blu-Ray is exclusive to Playstation 3.

Even though Square-Enix says the game will be the same, that's only telling half the story. There's no way they could achieve the same audio quality while maintaining the game's graphical and technical quality if bringing it to 360. Heavy compression will be needed as well as multiple disks (which will most likely occur).

Not Sony's fault. Every region/country has their proper laws on copyright material, especially when it comes to distribution of "televised" programming and movies.
With all the pro-Sony stuff in the game and Kojima's loyalty to his game and franchise and especially his business partners, I see no chance of this game coming to the XBOX360. Konami also respects Kojima too much to even force him to port it over.
Anyway, play the game... You'll know right away it's not going to be going to 360.
A new dashboard does not change the decision to justify a fee...It's basically a Firmware Update that changes the graphical interface. It may help navigate (or just be aesthetically more pleasing) but it doesn't give the user anything MORE, and besides, you don't NEED to pay for GOLD in order to update your dashboard.
Don't know why everyone's saying "lose, lost, etc." pathetic fanboy propaganda just to hype things up. People who previously washed off Final Fantasy as a series just because it "was" exclusive are now flocking to it as if it was their god.
Playstation 3 still has Final Fantasy XIII, and Versus XIII, and probably more (to be announced tomorrow). So what? More people get to play a great game, BOO HOO.

As of now, Final Fantasy XIII is still exclusive to the PS3 in Japan, only Europe and North America will be getting 360 versions (due to install base). Final Fantasy Versus XIII is still exclusive to the PS3.
