Good luck marketing that and taking any market share away from Sony and the Blu-Ray Disc Association.
Just like in Rock Band 1, there is an unlock code but you need to enter it every time you reboot the game. Also, you can't save your progress when you use the code.
lol all these reasons are horrible.
If there is a Digital-download-ONLY console next generation... it will FAIL.
Possibilities:
- Hacked the OS through Linux
- Able to install the game through a proxy server while tricking the PS3 in thinking it's downloading the demo. (This has already been defeated but there MAY be work-arounds.)
- As for the FAT32 4GB(minus 2 bytes) file size limit, there may be ways to package many smaller file in a way that they act as a compressor.
Even if this is real, it's been thought of before. The reason nobody goes for this method is because it is EASILY defeated. All you have to do is perform a CRC/MD5 check on the file to check integrity and the exploit is voided.
Green was on, blue wasn't (no disc in slot).
The failure rate's been cooling down as of late, but the units are still dying (Falcons) at an abnormal rate.
When? Since they haven't been good as of late? Save for a few...
Microsoft also believed that their machines weren't defective... And we all know that was far from the truth.
One thing it needs, is for these stupid articles to stop.
Right now... No. It's selling very well, and is pretty much the #1 reason Microsoft cut their prices. PS3 has been outselling 360 DESPITE its price advantage.
Later on though, it won't have a choice but to drop prices.
They used the same review for both PS3 and 360. Except, PS3 doesn't have the ability to change the in-game sounds. The demo also runs a bit smoother on PS3 (don't know about final build).
Just pre-order at different locations to get the voucher, then cancel.
You can't get these costumes without the pre-order codes.
w.o.w.
Because it is for EVERYONE.
If you want to fool around you can.
If you want to beat every single level and get every single point you can (try).
If you want to show off your skills at engineering and architecture you can.
If you want to show off your piece of art, you can.
If you want to bum around with buddies you can.
Let's see...
- No 360 FFXIII sales in Japan
- Mutli-platform owners in Europe/US will buy FFXIII on PS3
- Those who want to experience the FULL Fabula Nova Crystallis FFXIII Saga will have to have a Playstation 3 and PSP
- Europe and Japan are bigger Final Fantasy markets than the US, and those are the regions where Playstation 3 is bigger
Article fails, what a fanboy rant:
- "Multiplatform games are nothing new, but...
Yes it is catching up, and will surpass.

Hey, it's Peter Moore. I think that sums it up.
