Yup, I'm a real gamer, and I own an XBOX360...
BUT, I also own a Playstation 3 and a Wii, as well as a pretty decent PC rig.
However, as far as this article goes, I am not buying GTAIV DLC, I could care less about GTAIV now since I've pretty much finished the game. I own it on PS3 anyways, all my multi-plat games are now on PS3, I'm not going to risk growing my library and having my console die on me a 2nd time. XBOX 360 is used only for "good" exclusive 3...

Because the screen you're viewing is ON TOP. On top of that, your hand is directly behind the keypad on a cellphone, thus your thumbs are more or less level with the keypad, and the most comfortable keys to press are the ones in the middle and at the top, the bottom ones are least comfortable to press; imagine having the OK and CANCEL buttons at the bottom. Who the hell games and types AT THE SAME TIME, I can see someone quick messaging during gameplay, but typing and playing? Come on now.
This design is ergonomically correct, the way the thumbs are positioned on the gamepad (controller) they are pointing upwards. If you simulate trying to type with your thumbs downwards versus upwards you'll find you have a more difficult time doing so.
Also, the top of the controller is angled straight versus the bottom which is angled downwards which would've rendered a downward keyboard pretty uncomfortable and unusable.

There was an announcement earlier on the EA site about PSN getting NHL09 demo earlier than 360 (today) but has since been removed and EA has stated that due to a scheduling conflict between EA and Sony the demo has been delayed.

WOW "could" work on the PS3, the only obstacle would be the patch deployment. PS3 lets users use user-generated content (add-ons) and the such and also has a hard-drive built in to every SKU.
The other consoles though, aren't built to support a WOW type mmo.

So what if there are age-restricted areas. There are age-restricted areas in real life, and stuff like gambling and age-restricted material (movies, alcohol, "that stuff")... They HAVE to restrict access to those areas due to certain laws in regions around the world.
It's not a matter of "restricting content" but a matter of doing the lawful and ethical thing.

Nice, great news that this game will go out to a wider audience. I wonder how XBOX 360 will handle user-generated content though with Microsoft's strict Live rules.
I'm gonna expect a firmware update coming soon.. :)
Microsoft might copy the concept of LBP but it will never work. Their strict rules on Live and user-generated content basically makes an LBP copy an impossibility.
