Gamers make this stuff possible. Don't buy it and they won't do it. The fact that his is marketing for their new system is laughable and why I don't buy Nintendo products anymore, its the same thing over and over and over.
There is absolutely no way the PS4 would be digital only. The infrastructure in the U.S. isn't even close to being able to support that business model. It would be suicide.

I think as of late its been more like these publishers trying to release a game on said day and they release a 'beta' which is a glorified demo which results in gamer backlash because they shorted us on features or its buggy as hell and they have to delay because they can't get away with it in its current state.
The day 1 patches only add to the idea that its quantity over quality and the goal is to just push it out. I'd rather they take longer, get it right, ...
Here's the problem, its from a big Publisher who isn't known for keeping things hardcore or to its 'roots' so to speak. I have no hope that it will be as good as the original because they've never given me a reason to think it should be, much the same as Blizzard with Diablo III and the Ghost Recon series but it is what it is.
For a cheaper, yet more accurate 'reboot' google Xenonauts. You'll thank me.

Its fine for those companies to care about sales but gamers are losing their focus. To many fanboys are getting caught up in this game of sales when what should matter to us is features and good gameplay etc for the same price (or cheaper given the digital only movement).

Closed BETA - not your typical glorified demo. This is reportedly an old build. Hence the reason people are under an NDA.
Considering its a closed BETA test which is more than likely using an extremely old build (they said in the latest dustbase podcast possibly older then Fanfest build) it shouldn't look good. This is the problem with people uploading videos under NDA, it casts a bad light on the game when it was never intended to be shown to the public to begin with.
Why not, considering all BETA's are anymore are glorified demo's all Activision has to do is say "omfg this is 4 r33lz you pre-order and we give you a chance to t3st this l33t gamez" knowing full well they aren't going to change anything and the gamers will eat it up like Activision is doing them some favor.

Good, be to scared to do it. Maybe they will start focusing on actual gameplay and features rather then insane graphics with nothing but eye candy to make the game worth a crap. Almost every game looks "amazing" when we see trailers and everyone gets all hyped up and then we get the feature list and realize its crap.

They said on the site that Gunsmith with be available online and via Google's app or something like that. Not with Kinect yet.
