Seems to be, yeah. It's been known that it will feature it. What I'm most pleased with is how the characters look like "normal" soldiers and no futuristic BS.
Trash might be an overstatement. It's not as good as BF3, BF4 and BF1, but not trash. xD

Not really. BFV is surprisingly one of the few EA games that are supported well enough, and gets patches, content drops and more without having MTX out of the wazoo.
This is insane though. Three months from launch, and it feels like the game got abandoned. THREE friggin' months! Even indie online games don't get abandoned that fast
Yeah, EA's games lately have been not up to snuff. It's gotten to the point that I'm surprised if they get a game that's above an 8.5 or something.
Not the sports games, but it would be nice to be able to try the games days before release to know if it's something you want or not, no?
As a PS4 gamer, I'm interested to try it. That said, so far, it might have done more harm than good, no? Most of EA's games have been critical misses lately, and this just lets users play the game early, and possibly choose not to buy it if they suck.
A lot of senior BioWare devs have left already, right? I gather, that's why they're having a hard time getting that old "BioWare magic" back.
Do it. Ubisoft has been awesome in their post-launch support of almost all their games.
They'll bring it back and I gather via a server-side hotfix...
I prefer BF3, BF4 to BF1 and BF5. But out of the recent releases, BF5 is my least played due to Attrition, etc. I honestly would welcome a BFBC2 remaster, or a move back to BF3, BF4 gameplay again.
Yep. To be honest, Dead Island 1 was a bit overrated. I doubt DI2 can stand toe to toe against Days Gone, Dying Light 2, etc.
I hope this doesn't become a trend in games. I mean, letting players earn something with in-game currency and then pulling it back after a month or so just for MTX is kinda annoying. Just release new skins for MTX and that should be it.

Yep, I hear ya. I think Sony needs to mix it up a bit. It's usually a publisher sale, then an indie digital sale, then a big sale on AAA games that don't trim the prices that much, and so on.
Remember a few weeks ago when we had a villains sale? We need more themed sales and Sony needs to make sure the prices are actually competitive. I mean, sometimes the sale prices are higher than if I get a second hand physical copy. LOL!
There are some weird pricing in the list as well. Some are even higher than if you buy them online right now (No Man's Sky for example). Odd.
Yep. Puts things in perspective too. We take some things for granted usually and don't realize some are just happy being able to be there or play something.
Not Sony, but maybe a video game brand. Imagine them buying Xbox or something. Kinda scary.
At least there's no Season Pass that splits up the player base and whatnot. I mean, MTX is way better than that, right? Cross-play too.
