Agreed. Just gameplay. No friggin' influencers shouting and such. Make it a proper blow out too. Killstreaks, perks, etc.
From what I read, that's still there. People will still know if you fire your weapon, but not in way they're used too. If they took that out, suppressors wouldn't have any use at all...

I rely on the mini map a lot and use silencers just for it. Hope IW knows what they're doing with this.
The important thing here is, it should be expected by now. Release the game, get good reviews, roll out MTX months after.
Modern Warfare will no doubt get the same treatment. I just hope reviewers factor that in, and it's not as bad as Black Ops 4.

Yeah, I doubt it will last 10 years either. Battle royale is already becoming stale for most players, and the game just launched this year.
This one seems to be bringing it all back though. Plus, driving a tank to kill enemies does seem cool. Might be too OP though. Haha!
