Eight hours is definitely not bad for a fighting game. There's loads of cutscenes but that's part of it.

I'd say treat each release as it's own, don't try and play the latest games or you'll drown. My backlog now: DMC5, Metro Exodus, Anthem, Kingdom Hearts 3. Currently playing The Division 2 and Apex Legends.

On topic: the fire rate is slower but I gather, that won't matter much since this gun still hits like a tank. You need to be super accurate though. I try but I suck most of the time. LOL!

Ubisoft has been amazing with their suppport. Server side updates, patches have been consistently rolled out almost every other day.
